Come enjoy this lovely 3 bed / 2 bath 1400 square foot first floor condo. Sleeps 8 people comfortably. Just a few short blocks to the beach and boardwalk via 18th Street. Ocean City is a pedestrian friendly town to begin with and 18th Street conveniently has traffic lights on every corner.
In order to ensure our guests have the best experience and fully relax and enjoy their vacation we have included 8 beach tags, each room has queen size beds, gas cooking, microwave, Cuisinart coffee maker (full pot and single maker), Cuisinart Toaster Oven, brand new full size stackable washer and dryer. Large kitchen with plenty of storage space open to the dining room and family room allowing for great openness for all your entertaining needs. Large porch with a propane tank grill. Parking spaces in the back of the home, as well as, additional street parking.
The Community Center is conveniently located just one short block that offers daily gym usage, a cafe for coffee and snacks, a lap pool and library.

Summary: The location is great, there is Mario’s pizza across the way and they have great food. 9th Street is the best for parking for boardwalk if with elderly. The furniture on deck is so clean and comfortable. 2 bathrooms with showers were a plus! Bedrooms were great too. We loved staying there! Best coffee maker too so bring coffee.

Summary: Broken Light in the Kitchen made it difficult to wok in it , the couches were beyond horrible both couch and loveseat was peeling all over us had to buy a blanket in order to sit on he couch four $3000 a week that is not acceptable.

Summary: My family and I stayed here for a week and had a blast. We had four adults and 2 young kids staying at the house, plus my in laws spent time at the house during the day and ate meals with us there. The house is clean and well maintained, and there was plenty of space for everyone and the kitchen was well equipped. The kids loved their room with the bunk beds. It looked even nicer than the pictures. Location is great too- it was about a 10 minute walk to the beach and boardwalk and in a very safe and quiet area so noise wasn’t an issue. No outdoor shower but we had a hose to rinse the sand off. There were plenty of beach chairs and 2 umbrellas, plus a handy beach cart, though we did bring an extra umbrella and sun canopy from home for extra sun protection. The only thing i wish is that the bedrooms had blackout shades because light tends to wake me up, so I would suggest to bring eye masks if you prefer less sunlight in the morning. Overall a great experience and we’d definitely stay there again!

Summary: Great rental. Everything you would expect from renting. Jaime was professional, responsive and has a nice house. The house was nice, the pictures of the listing do not do it justice. We will certainly look to stay again
