Negative: Had trouble checking in ...wasn't clear where the office for key pick up was...finally found it and tried to use the key safe out the front...it gave me a key and instructions for the wrong place...yes I had someone else's keys...I had trouble contacting staff at gold Coast holiday rentals and when I finally did I was directed to put the key o had back and told how to get my key. Once at the accommodation it wasn't clear what room we were in...I found a cleaner who kindly rang and had me on speaker while she asked about our room no. The gold Coast holiday rentals staff member was extremely condescending....she didn't know I was listening...it's the second time I've had to deal with gold Coast holiday rentals through Booking.com and if I knew it was through them I would not have taken the apartment...my first experience with them was very poor and this one was not good either.
