Summary: Love! Great property, great neighborhood, great location. I will be staying here again. Lovely place, felt like a home away from home. Even larger in person both inside and the backyard. Very well stocked with all the essential and then some. Comfy too for hanging out after a long day of working. Will stay longer next time.

Summary: My family needed to find lodging with little notice, due to a family emergency. This lovely home was situated in an ideal location to the hospital, stores and restaurants. Room for everyone to gather or spread out as needed. Brian was so easy to work with and help make a stressful situation much better to handle.

Summary: We rented the home for our Myers Park High School Reunion and had a blast! We each had our own bedroom space and enjoyed the awesome living spaces! We had the best weekend and this home was comfortable, clean and in the perfect location! Easy access to all parts of Charlotte and the communication with the owner was stellar. Highly recommend for a girls weekend like we had! We had a great time eating in and enjoying the restaurants close by. The street is quiet and even though we didn’t take time to walk, it is perfect for a stroll or run. Thank you for this great rental. We made such great memories.
