We promise, you'll enjoy staying at our poolside (three bedrooms, two bathrooms) condo with amazing resort-like views. This suite was recently remodeled – new flooring (tile/carpet), fresh paint, new cabinets and granite countertops and new furnishings throughout.
The gated condo complex is well equipped with two pools, hot tub (spa), gas barbecues (poolside), two playgrounds, incredibly well-landscaped grounds, large green spaces, clubhouse, fitness center, business center and ample parking (assigned & unassigned).
Location is in beautiful, always sunny and warm, Arizona – on the border of Mesa and Gilbert and just a few streets off the U.S. 60 (Superstition Freeway). The Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport is 10-15 minutes away and the Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport 25-30 minutes away.
Relax in this resort-like setting or venture out and enjoy nearby shopping, restaurants and/or golf courses. You can also explore the nearby Superstition Mountains, Queen Creek Olive Mill or local attractions such as the Phoenix Zoo or the Desert Botanical Gardens. Phoenix is home to all of the professional sports teams, plays host to the Cactus League Major League Baseball Spring Training each March as well as the infamous Barrett-Jackson Car Auction in Scottsdale each January.

Summary: Truthfully, this condo was better than we expected. It was nicely decorated, very clean, and had everything we needed. It is on the second floor (one stairway) up to an external entrance. Not a problem at all for us, but may be for some. We enjoyed the location in the property overlooking the pool. The complex is gated and very safe feeling. It is on a higher traffic road, but it was still manageable to walk for groceries, coffee, and donuts (during off peak times). Even our teenager was sad to leave. We will definitely stay again!

Summary: Had a nice stay, little hard to find building arriving in the dark. Location was within walking distance to grocery stores , donuts, walking paths. Workout gym was very nice as well pool area.

Summary: Condo was on the second floor overlooking the pool area (no elevator). Well equipped kitchen, along with most all other essential items supplied. Some minor issues with batteries for fan remote and ice maker not working, but had quick response and assistance from Jennifer. Walking distance to grocery stores and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend to anyone.
