It's the location!! Adorable 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom house just one and a half blocks from the beach and Washington St. fishing pier. The best location in Bay St. Louis, with the beach in your view at the foot of the street, and walking distance to Old Town, beachfront, and Depot District shops, bars and restaurants.
This spacious and sunny fully-furnished house has a living room (with comfortable queen size sofa bed), a dining room with a long six-seat dining table, an enormous fully-equipped kitchen with new appliances, a sun room for your morning coffee with a table and four chairs, two large carpeted bedrooms with mahogany queen-size beds, chest of drawers and night tables, and a small bedroom with a double-size futon. There is also a pleasant front porch with wicker sofa, chairs and table, and a large fenced back yard with a patio, covered dinette set with umbrella, and barbecue station. This lovely historic house has intricate plaster molded ceilings and architectural details, ceiling fans in every room, central air and heat, and a newly-remodeled bathroom with a large bathtub. There is also a separate laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer for your use, parking for two to three cars in the driveway, high-speed internet and wifi, and cable television in most of the rooms. Convenient transportation all over town by the free Bay St. Louis trolley that comes by the house every fifteen minutes or so. You can also rent a golf cart to motor around town and along the beach.

Summary: We decided last minute to take a long weekend trip to the beach. This is the first time not having an available pet sitter, so I found this place that allowed pets. We loved it, the kids loved it, and our dogs loved it! Karen was very communicative and helpful with everything. I particularly loved the quiet neighborhood and location between Biloxi and New Orleans because we were able to do day trips to both.

Summary: The home is a couple blocks from Bay St Louis Beach. A quick Uber ride (under $8) to Old Town for bar/restaurants. Another quick ride 11 min to Hollywood Casino. SlingTV and all the amenities you will need for a comfortable stay. Helps to have a great host as well. We will definitely be back for another visit!

Summary: My husband is Captain Longbeard III for 2023. We needed a place to stay near all the action for Pirate Days in the Bay. We were lucky to find this quaint cottage. Just what we were looking for. The owner was easy to work with and very accommodating. I recommend this property to anyone who would like a place near the beach and all the action of old Bay St. Louis. The home can sleep at least 6 people. Large kitchen and bathroom. All the comforts of home. It's even nicer than expected and very clean.

Summary: We booked this cottage for a birthday weekend for our 99 year old friend. This cozy cottage has everything you will need: space, comfortable beds, nice kitchen and the most relaxing front porch! We really enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere. This place has a lot of character and charm…… think Nostalgic Bay St. Louis when you were a kid…. We ate at the Thorny Oyster, which has never disappointed us and spent the next day in Ocean Springs. I don’t think you will find a better VRBO host, Karen is a doll, responsive and very informative of the area. I will definitely consider this cottage in the future and recommend to friends.

Summary: A surprisingly large space with a fenced yard in a nice residential neighborhood. Off street parking for 2 cars. Only a short walk to the beach and a short drive to the main drag with restaurants and shops. Really a very nice space! Karen was friendly and accommodating with suggestions and information about the area. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks Karen!
