Your group will be close to everything when you stay at this comfy home. Walk into an open floor plan with dinning, living and kitchen. Enjoy a movie or game on the 75" flat screen TV.
First floor master is just off the open living room. Walk out to a patio with a small seating area, grill and large corner lot (not fenced) perfect for your four legged family member Laundry is located off the kitchen. Upstairs is two large bedrooms with 50" TVs and a shared bathroom.
FIRST FLOOR
Guests enjoy a fully equipped kitchen complete with drip coffee maker (regular and decaf coffee provided) and electric kettle (a variety of bagged teas provided). Dining room with seating for 5. The sofa in the living is perfect for a movie night or catching the big game. Sofa converts to a queen bed for larger families. Just off the living room is the master suite with a king bed, 60" smart TV and en suite bathroom with walk-in shower and soaking tub. There is a small utility and laundry room off the kitchen and a half bathroom near the entry.
UPSTAIRS
Two bedrooms, each with a queen bed and 50" smart TV. One bedroom has a large desk available for any remote work needs. A full bathroom is shared by the two upstairs bedrooms.
OUTSIDE
Walk out from the living room to a patio with bistro table and chairs. There is a full-size charcoal grill available and a large backyard. Please note, the yard is not fenced.

Summary: Great place to stay for Game Day! The house was so cozy and comfortable! Easy check in and check out! The house was so clean and one of the best stocked houses I’ve ever stayed in! They had everything you could ever think of in case you forget something! Highly recommend this house if looking to rent!!!

Summary: Photos are what you see is what you get. Specifically it was clean, welcoming and had everything we needed to make the transition from home to college far away. Owners were prompt, accurate and flexible when I had to make a change due to limited campus housing, and apartment date move in. It definitely the best VRBO I’ve experienced.
