Inviting and spacious Condo on Bell Channel. Dockage for Boats up to 40+ ft!. Private deck and eating area overlooking the water and swimming pool. Large, bright and sunny living room, dining room and fully appointed kitchen. 3 bedrooms (all Queen beds with additional Twin in TV/Game room) and 3 full bathrooms.
It's a short walk to the pristine beaches, Port Lucaya shops, restaurants and bars. Kayaks, Bicycles, Snorkel gear and beach accessories are all included! Basic tackle for hand line fishing at the dock is also provided. Everything you need for a great vacation is waiting for you!
The crystal clear turquoise waters of the area offer world class diving and snorkeling, exceptional fishing, and miles of white sandy beaches. The Reef Golf Course and Country Club is 1/4 mile away.
BOATERS: Usage of Dock is at your own risk. weather/seas can be unpredictable, If you need to adjust stay due to weather, we will do our best to accommodate as long as it does not conflict with other bookings.

Summary: Our stay was lovely. Our accommodations were superb. Clean, spacious and beautiful setting. We didn’t have the weather to enjoy the bikes, kayaks or pool, but we enjoyed long walks on the nearby beach. We visited the marketplace many times for dinner and shopping. The host was responsive and gracious. We would certainly return.

Summary: Spent 4 days in Freeport. Condo was as advertised, walking distance to beach, and shops. Well stocked with items you need and a great balcony overlooking the canal. Construction was going on intermittently nearby but not too much of a bother. Internet is sometimes spotty. Hired Jimmy to drive us around and highly recommend doing so. He is a fount of local knowledge and has a lot of friends. Couldn’t go on a boat ride with boat owner downstairs since we didn’t book early.

Summary: This was a great space to spread out, use as a hub to explore the island and relax in the evening. The condo had all the amenities needed and plenty of extras to keep the kiddos occupied.

Summary: Great rental for boaters. Unit had everything you need for a comfortable vacation. We unfortunately didn’t have the best boating weather for fishing or lobstering but made the best of it. Would definitely rent again.

Summary: We travel with our children, grandchildren(ages 3 & 7) along with friends out of the USA every summer. This vacation did not disappoint!!! Grand Bahama Island was wonderful and deserves for tourism to return after Hurricane Dorian and Covid over the past 3 years. It’s truly a wonderful island and the people are great. I flew in with my daughter and grands, while meeting my husband and son in law there. They took our boat over from Jupiter, Florida and this property is perfect for this too. We loved being able to just dock and come and go by boat. We also met the most helpful neighbor(and homeowner downstairs) that is a really kind, helpful human(AJ) and simply the best. If you fly in, we took the owners advice and contacted Jimmy to pick us up. Jimmy literally acted as our local tour guide and driver everywhere. We literally traveled from one end of the island to the other, many times with him, hanging out in smaller fishing villages and the locals. If you want a great location, you can walk to the beach, restaurants, the market and a great grocery store a mile away… have a pool, the canal, privacy and not in a cookie cutter resort.. where you’re not experiencing the island, then this lovely condo is the place for you. We will be back and have made real friends there bc of this place. You’ll love it!

Summary: Our stay was absolutely fantastic. Our group consisted of me and my husband, our three children, and my in-laws. This home had everything we needed and more! The pool was a great bonus if we felt like relaxing at home, and the guys enjoyed fishing off of the dock every day and evening. We walked to Lucaya Marketplace (about 15 minutes - make sure you use the cut-through!) every day for shopping and dinner, and the home was a great central location for everything. AJ, the homeowner downstairs, was extremely kind and helpful with suggestions! We ended up eating at Zorba’s four times because the menu was so big and the food and staff were so great!! We loved Banana Bay for lunch and the beautiful beach location. We used taxis for the first two days but that ended up becoming pricey quickly, so we ended up getting a rental for the remainder of the trip. The owners have a cork board in the kitchen with tons of recommendations from them and past guests on dining and activities, we used this every day! If you are considering a Freeport getaway, this place is where you need to stay. The condo is huge, clean, and I can’t say enough about the owners! They reached out prior to the trip with a discount card to the nearby grocery store and to let us know about the backup Wi-Fi that was installed - we had trouble connecting when we got there, and the owner was quick to communicate with me to get it all sorted out immediately. Five stars for sure!
