Summary: I checked into the property, and was concerned about several issues that needed immediate attention: The home was not clean. I found debris on the stairs leading into the property, and the bathroom tubs were dirty with chipped paint around the window ceiling. The shower liners in both of the bathrooms were very scummy and just dirty and nasty The window blinds were broken in the Master bedroom, entry hallway and kids bedroom the decorative pillows on the beds had visible stains. When I pulled back the comforter in one of the three bedroomsI found hair in the sheets which was unacceptable. There were no kitchen trash bags or paper towels. These conditions did not meet the standards I expected based on the listing. The owner was contacted and did advise they would deduct 50% off due to the issues.

Summary: Great house--but it is neighbor dependent. We had horrible neighbors in the connecting duplex. They played loud "thumping" music until 3:00am and smoked pot that gave us and our dog a contact high--and quite a headache. After a long work week, and a long drive into Columbus, all we wanted was a good dinner, a relaxing evening, and a good night's sleep. We had a good dinner. The other two things--not so much! We reached out to the owner for help that night, but didn't get a response until the next day. I have reached out since for some type of compensation, with absolutely zero response. I also left an item in the house....and have gotten no response. We did really like the house and the location. It's too bad there aren't any quiet or "no smoking" rules that can be enforced. We aren't really picky people--but we were really looking forward to some rest and relaxation. We got just the opposite, and we didn't feel comfortable confronting some intoxicated, high, partiers. We needed help and there was none. Think twice before renting here!

Summary: We were in town for my nieces white coat ceremony. The house was super cute and had plenty of space. Beginning of October so had plenty of tvs to watch football and baseball. Was nice weather so was able to enjoy the balcony also. Host was very responsive.

Summary: There were 3 of us in our group. We only stayed 1 night in Columbus. The home was perfect for our stay. My son & grandson enjoyed playing pool, but it was tight quarters. The neighborhood was nice. Did not have any trouble with street parking. Thank you, Rosaria.
