Summary: This place was a great location right in the middle of town close to all the shops and restaurants.

Summary: We have been coming up to Phillips for the last 5 years to ice fish for a few days. Our stay here was quite nice with the bait shop across the street and the cafe was only a short walk away. The condo was clean and had all the cooking items needed to make our own food when we wanted. We plan on staying here again and would recommend others to stay here too.

Summary: We always enjoy our stay here. The apartment is alway clean and comfortable. As we are older we appreciate that we can relax comfortably. We’re always busy visiting with family so it’s nice to have a nice place to relax. Patty and Rich are easy to work with if there should be an issue. This always the first place I check for availability when we want to spend time in Phillips. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Summary: We arrived on Friday afternoon. The condo was perfect. It was beautiful inside. We loved the back deck. My only suggestion would be a kitchen towel rack and a small hand towel rack in the bathroom. The bath has a towel rack which we used for bath towels, but a rack for the hand towel near the sink would be perfect. We will definitely stay here again as well as recommend it to others.

Summary: Loved staying here while visiting family. Clean and comfortable stay. Very responsive owners. The nearby lake, splash pad, and playground were fun for our two boys and the Phillips community pool open swim time was also a huge hit with our kids. Costs a couple dollars to swim, but is a fun place to take a family.

Summary: We had an extended stay in the Phillips area and this was perfect for our needs. It was neat, clean and we'll stocked. The location is great with wonderful deck views, access to Lionite park and the lake. It is within walking distance to local restaurants and shops. The kitchen is updated with nice appliances and we found the bed we slept in very comfortable. I worked remotely and the internet had the speed to accommodate that with no problems. Because our stay was for a month, I had an occasional question for Patty who responded timely and was very thorough. It is obvious that the owners are vested in maintaining the property and strive to make the stay as positive as possible.
