Positive: The house was clean, comfortable beds, good living/kitchen space, pretty views.
Negative: Significant heating issues, hopefully now fixed. Some small maintenance issues. Driveway is very difficult to navigate and the shared section was in poor condition.
Summary: Would have been very pleasant except for the issues with heating.

Positive: Location was great for us - great view over valley. close to people we wanted to visit. Beds were comfortable and nice to have a car port. Garden was nice- could do with some work but still nice. Child latch on balcony was a good idea.
Negative: Hard to find driveway (It was dark first time) and was very steep causing car to bottom out front and rear. Maybe a photo of the entrance would be helpful. We did not realize there were 40 steps to up the hill to the house. Our fault- the setting is lovely. We had an 84 year old so it was a real effort. don't book if you need easy access. Dish washer was turned off. I turned it on and the circuit breaker tripped. Some one knew it was not working. We had to unload and wash by hand. There were smudge marks near light switches, the oven tray was still unclean from last person. Mold on shower base silicone and grout felt unclean. Front door frame fell apart- had been poorly patched. This meant dead lock was only way to latch door and offered very little security. Towel rack missing from laundry, mentioned in other reviews and the one on the bath room was falling off too. One of the balcony slats was broken at the bottom, making me concerned our grandchild should not be out there. We had a good stay but if you don't receive the full picture there will be no change.
Summary: Nice place in need of some care.

Positive: Location close to family in Upwey and therefore convenient .
Negative: Entrance difficult to find on busy main road. Property not on main road but on service road which needs to be clearly indicated to prospective clients. Property totally unsuitable for physically limited individuals as very steep with poorly maintained steps . Lethal in heavy rain with water cascading down the stairs.
Summary: Adequate accommodation. Airkeeper staff very helpful with quick response to queries.

Positive: 3 good bedrooms. Comfy beds. Great living area. Not too noisy despite being near a main road as it's on the side road.
Negative: Unfortunately it's very difficult to get into the driveway. Coming off a very major road and it's not well marked. Need to give better directions in the instructions for the property? We didn't realise we could continue driving past the house to re-enter the main road further down so we tried to do a 10 point turn to go back the way we came which was very dangerous. If you overshoot the driveway, it's a long backtrack with lots of U-turns to get back on the correct side of the road. All the wheelie bins were full to overflowing when we arrived. Towel rails fell off the wall.
Summary: Great house to re-connect with family. Comfy house. One bathroom.
