Family friendly 4 bedroom home that includes 2 living areas, office area, washer and dryer, yoga area and king suite. Has fully equipped kitchen, coffee bar, and condiments. Includes books, games, toys, highchair and playpen/travel crib. Has backyard with a private pool (heated in winter) for guests to enjoy. This pool is made for adults as it starts at 4ft and goes to 10ft! . Close to highway 45 and FM 1960. Close to stores!

35 minutes to Hobby airport
25 minutes to Downtown.
Primary Room - Has attached bathroom, king bed, dresser, desk, TV and walk in closet. Has attached room with yoga equipment and swing.
Bedroom 2 - Has queen bed, dresser and 2 closets (also has a queen blow up bed stored in the closet)
Bedroom 3- Has a kids couch, dresser, and full over twin bunk bed.
Bedroom 4 - Has dresser, full bed and twin bed.
Living area downstairs has a bar area, sitting area, couch/loveseat and TV with sound bar.
Fully equipped kitchen to include instant pot and air fryer.
Washer/dryer and drying rack in laundry room
Upstairs has a second living room to include a large couch and TV.
Has Duplo and the bigger toddler legos, along with books, puzzles and games for older kids/adults.
Has 2 desk areas, both include a TV that can be used as a monitor (bring computer to HDMI to connect - not included)

Backyard has grill, small table with 4 seats (under a canopy with bug netting) and hammock. By the pool offers 2 pool loungers and 2 chairs. Pool is deep as it starts at 4 feet and goes to 10ft. There are some pool toys/floats for use. There are lights for evening swim but be aware we have quiet hours after 10pm for our neighborhood that is enforced, so be sure to keep it down!

Summary: Awesome space! In addition to all the bedrooms and beds, there were so many spots to hangout and rest—TV room, bar area, upstairs common area, huge kitchen table perfect for playing cards, nice patio area with loungers by the pool, and the coffee bar was so nice. Great house and the location couldn’t have been better—seemed like we were 25ish minutes from everything.

Summary: My family and I stayed really enjoyed this property and our stay. The pictures perfectly showed the property. The kitchen was fantastic and the outdoor area was wonderful to spend time together. The host is AMAZING and provided excellent communication. We cannot stay enough about this property! Don't hesitate to stay here on your next getaway. We will be back for sure!

Summary: This house is really what's up. The listing was accurate to the tee and the photos matched up. We loved the area because with the festivities going on it was a plus to live on the out skirts but not too far from the city. Everything you needed was on the first hwy over to where ya didn't have to drive far. The swimming pool was a great fill in the blank especially this weekend where the temps were extreme and we didn't wanna leave out much....Note: the only thing about this house is the dang hot water is hotttttt!!!!! My wife loved it but it damn near burned the skin off my back...THIS PLACE WAS GREAT!!!!!!!!!!!💯💯💯💯
