Welcome! Our house is located in a private wooded community. It is just one block away from the lake, the swimming pool and the tennis courts. There is enough room to accommodate groups of up to10. The house is 2 hours away from NYC and Philadelphia.
The main level is air-conditioned and features a living room with vaulted ceiling and a brick wood-burning fireplace. The dining area leads to a screened porch. We offer a full well-equipped kitchen with a breakfast island and all cooking utensils. On the main level you will also find a master bedroom with a queen-size bed, walk-in closet and a full bathroom.
The upper level features three bedrooms and a full bathroom. There is a queen-size bed in Bdrm 2, pull out sofa in Bdrm 3 and a bunk bed with futon and full-size bed in Bdrm 3.
Recreation area in the lower level features a sauna, shower for two, half bathroom, a pool table, a ping pong table, a foosball table and a karaoke machine. We provide board games and movies. Roku TV is available for you as well as wireless internet.

No fee. Easy to walk with kids along the path. You can also climb up the stairs for a better view from the top. They have guided tours on weekends.
Directions: Make a left out of the community onto Parks Road. Follow the road until STOP sign, make a right onto Silver lake Road, follow the road until STOP sign for about 3 miles. Turn right onto Route 739. Continue to the first traffic light, make a right onto 209 South.

Directions: From Silver Lake Road make a left by the Sister’s Corner Deli onto Milford Road (SR 2001), the road will bring you into the center of Milford.

Summary: This house was a perfect memorial weekend for my family and group of friends with kids. The kitchen is fully stocked, it is complete with all the things needed. The area was great being near in a lake on a private community, we feel very safe and secured. Lots of activities inside the house if weather is not permitting, the sauna was a bonus! If you like nature and walks try Bushkill falls it didnt disappoint. Overall we had a great time and will recommend this place to anyone! Rita the owner is quick in responding and very nice too.

Summary: Had a excellent time spending a weekend at this house, the entertainment was amazing, the pool table and pin pong keep us having fun all night , and to relax we had a beautiful sauna, highly recommended to book this house

Summary: We really enjoyed the place. It has everything you can imagine. Plenty of space for everybody. Sauna, ping-pong a pool tables are great addition for cold winter night. We will be happy to come again.

Summary: Rented this property for 4 days and had an amazing time. The house has everything - sauna, pool table, ping pong, karaoke, grill, screened porch.... Kitchen also has everything you need for cooking, and more. The owner is one of the most pleasant people we ever rented from, and we rent several times per year. She was very nice and accommodating. Overall, this was probably one of our best mini-vacations because of everything this property has to offer. We will definitely come back. Thank you!

Summary: Love the house. Between the pool table, ping pong, sauna and the new Netflix compatible TV, there was no room for boredom. The owner is very nice and very responsive. The price is very reasonable. Have already stayed at the house 3 times already and look forward to returning. The only reason why I am not giving 5 stars, is due to some of the beds being a bit uncomfortable, and there was a bit of a problem with parking due to the snow not being cleared from the driveway (not so much of the owner's fault as the cruel winter that we've had in NY this year). Other than that, the house was perfect, and I would definitely recommend to anyone.

Summary: A couple of friends and I decided to spend a weekend away in the Poconos and this house was a great choice! It has everything you need in the kitchen (besides the food of course) to cook for the entire weekend along with a nice grill and a spacious yard. Its located on a quiet street and only a 5 min walk to the lake. I would 100% rent this house again!

Summary: The listing description was very accurate and even exceeded our expectations. The house was very clean and very well-maintained. The owners are very nice and helpful. We spent 3 nights and 4 days with a group of friend and our children and had an unforgettable time. This was the second time we were renting this house and will do it again next time.

Summary: Great spot for family/friends gathering or weekend getaway. The location is isolated enough to give you plenty of privacy, yet being in a gated community provides you with a sense of security. There aren't many restaurants or bars in the area, our group loves to cook so that wasn't an issue at all. The house is well equipped with all cooking and dining and drinking utensils/condiments. There are three 24 hour walmart within driving distance, the closest one is 30 minutes away. Our group was very satisfied with the entertainment sets the house provides, a pool table, pingpong table, kareoke and a sauna! They are not brand new but definitely in good condition and functional. Overall, our trip was a blast. As long as you are with good company and not picky about minor things, you will have much fun at this place :)
