We have a playground and beach right in front of us for swimming.
We have a dock in front of us for your boat.

Summary: Such a beautiful house located next to the lake. We needed a big and comfortable place because my sister was graduating from Geneseo College and of course, our whole family wanted to be there. House is very spacious, place was clean and well equipped. Bob is such a sweetheart, communication with him was very easy and good. We didn’t have to leave by 11 as is required since Bob gave us permission to stay for a little bit longer. Definitely a must to rent, you will love it. Thank you Bob for everything ☺️

Summary: We had 8 adults and 2 teens in our family group. The house was clean and well stocked with extra linens, towels, pillows, and kitchen items. It was very comfortable with a beautiful view of the lake. We enjoyed the porch, screened in porch, fire pit, and the canoe and kayaks. Having access to the lake a few steps away for fishing was great. We enjoyed a day trip to Naples, playing games around the table, and resting! Bob was very helpful and available. Of note, the GPS was a little confusing when we first arrived… it was easier to put the address 8500 East Clairmont Street in the GPS and then look for 8501 on the left.

Summary: We rented this lake house for family traveling out of the area for a family funeral and it was the perfect place to gather together to relax, enjoy good food and conversation, as well as the beautiful view in between the funeral events. Bob was a great host and made our arrival very warm and welcoming! (It was a nice surprise so I won't spoil it.) It was easy to communicate with him and the only problem we encountered was due to unusually frigid temperatures which was due to mother nature. The only real complaint was that we terribly failed at the 1000 piece puzzle we tried so desperately to put together for the few short hours we had available to work on it while we were there! (Some day we will rent it again and conquer that puzzle!) LOL. We highly recommend this place in any season!

Summary: Our stay at Bob’s cozy lakeside property was awesome. We rang in the new year in here with family and friends. The family room was large enough to host our entire party and the bedrooms were very comfy. Everything was super smooth right from checking it to checking out. Bob was super responsive and was just a call or text away if we needed to reach out.

Summary: The neighbors were quiet and friendly. We biked, hiked, swam, kayaked, read books, did puzzles, played games, watched a meteor shower and went to several lunches in e nearby Naples (at Bob’s recommendation). It was restful and lovely. Even the neighborhood dogs were friendly. It was a wonderful (and affordable) vacation.

Summary: Bob’s place was perfect. It was spacious and perfect location. The large wrap around a porches and screened in decks were perfect. The community area with the playground was perfect for all the kids to walk right over to a play at. We all had a wonderful time !
