Summary: This was by far the best kept property that I have ever rented. The house was better than advertised; clean, well cared for, great amenities and very comfortable. The furnishings are nice and the pool was gorgeous, also very clean and well maintained as well as a comfortable water temp. The owner was extremely responsive. I would stay here again.

Summary: This house was GREAT! Most importantly VERY CLEAN! Well equipped and very comfortable. The Host Joseph was friendly and vety responsive. House is located near anything you could need. Supermarket, restaurants, Starbucks. We had teenagers with us and the park is around the corner and they walked there every day. The pool was warm and we had so much fun in the backyard. I would absolutely book this house again! Great Stay

Summary: Joseph communicated constantly and was prompt in responding. The house is equipped with a lot of stuff you’d need for kids - a railing, changing table, pack/play even a baby monitor!! Pool was excellent and heated as well! Thank you for making our stay a memorable one!

Summary: Beautiful and amazing house!! Top notch kitchen and all furniture was nice. All beds were super comfy! The pool is heated and amazing! We all loved it. Highly recommend! Joseph was on top of everything!!

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay. The owner was extremely responsive to all questions and provided clear instructions at the property. The pool was a bit smaller than I had expected based on the photos but was the perfect size for my granddaughters. It was a wonderful place to spend a relaxing week and celebrate the holiday. To me a 5-star location is on the beach which is why I did not give it a 5. However, it was an easy drive to the beach. It was in a quiet neighborhood with nearby parks for the kids. Also close to grocery and drug stores. Great casual spot for a family.

Summary: I can’t say enough good about this property and Joseph, the property owner. The pool was delightful and there were plenty of pool toys for my 3 year old grandson and floats for the rest of us. We spent a lot of time in the fully screened outdoor area is fully screened and the lovely dining area, The two lounge chairs with cushions were great for relaxing in the evening or sunning in the daytime. The bedrooms were well appointed and comfortable. The house is child friendly, even including a child sized lounger that my grandson enjoyed. The living room has a huge couch with 3 recliners. Joseph is a gracious host who is responsive to texts and even had me call him when we had trouble with the tv (resolved). There’s a pond behind the home with friendly ducks and turtles, and a playground nearby. The kitchen is amply stocked and high tech (but we figured everything out). Joseph has a binder with information about the property and the area. There are also tasteful laminated signs and labels throughout the house, which are helpful without being obnoxious. Actually, it would be good if even more drawers and switches were labeled. I liked the decor very much, and appreciated that there weren’t knick-knacks that I had to protect from my grandson! I loved the patio-safe melamine dishes. There is shampoo, conditioner, and soap in the bathrooms, a ton of spices in the kitchen, and an additional small refrigerator in the kitchen where guests are encouraged to leave extra beverages for the next guests. These are nice, unexpected touches. If I had to make any suggestions, they would be perhaps an additional light in the living room and night tables on both sides of the beds, but really, that’s pretty minor, and a personal preference. If I come to Deerfield Beach with my family again, I’d be happy to stay here again. Thank you to Joseph for a great VRBO experience.

Summary: 1. Garbage disposal in the kitchen zinc was not working. We have to manually clean the drain. 2. Bathroom zinc downstairs does not drain properly. 3. Bathroom upstairs is missing a door in the shower. 4. We had issues with large roaches. 5. Front door gate gets stuck. 6. Air conditioning in downstairs room is not good enough. 7. TV remote control in master bedroom does. It work. We put new batteries and never work. 8. Gas grill was in terrible condition, disgusting. 9. Will not rent again.
