Positive: Lots of room for a big group. The kitchen had everything we needed. We had a little issue with the oven but the host was able to stop by quickly to help resolve the issue. Overall, a great stay! Thank you!

Negative: The property wasn't clean at all. The furniture and the beds were dirty. Inside of the building was a complete disappointment.

Positive: Nice yard and neighborhood, in general. Deck in back with patio furniture was nice. All slept well at night.
Negative: Highway noise outdoors in the evening was awful. Detail on upkeep needs a lot of work. Neighbor's front yard is an eyesore. Lack of furniture and decor was disappointing.
Summary: Worked well for an overnight stay at a bargain price.
