Summary: We had 4 families with 6 kids under 9 meet for the New Year and there was plenty of room for all of us. The large dining area had big tables great for serving and playing games. Our only burden was the grill, it is very weathered and unusable. Minor issues but nothing worth reviewing… Overall, we had a great time!

Summary: I feel like I overpaid for a few reasons There are only 3 bedrooms. Everything else is a couch or a bunk bed kind of misleading that it says it sleeps 17. Floors were dirty our socks still show the stain. There was no jacuzz as stated The grill on the back deck was too rusty to use.

Summary: We all had sooo much fun. We were all so comfortable with your property. It was just far enough from town and close enough at the same time. Like I mentioned before, an “adult” bed in the basement would be over the top. HOWEVER, with that being said my family would like to celebrate our Christmas at you property again next year. THANK YOU for your hospitality.

Summary: We stayed at this property while attending my class reunion and homecoming. The house is very clean and well appointed. We enjoyed our stay. The next time we're in Monticello we will definitely be looking to book this property again!
