Summary: I recently underwent my second spinal fusion surgery, I chose this property because of the closeness it is it Anshutz medical campus. It was about a 10 minute drive & put us in a different area that was easy entrance to the inpatient pavilion. The location is bright with a very nice vibe. Beds are comfortable, everything was clean, and the yard is huge! This property is dog friendly which also helped ease my mind knowing my pup was only 10 minutes away. Pretty much everything we needed was provided. Communication with the property manager was so easy and gave perfect instructions. Thank you SO much for everything during a difficult time.

Summary: Nicely remodeled home. Things to know: A/C is a heat evaporator, not central air (had to leave windows open) and one bedroom and second bathroom are in a basement with steep narrow stairs down to it.

Summary: My mother-in-law stayed in this house for 1 1/2 months and enjoyed her stay. The property owner was extremely helpful and responsive to her needs. I believe she was the first occupant for this property, so there were some kinks to work out, but David was quick with communication and extremely flexible with schedules. We were so happy to find a pet-friendly home with a fenced yard! Of note, if you are an older adult with mobility issues, the stairs to the basement are pretty narrow with no banister. Laundry is located downstairs.
