Summary: Our entire group LOVED this property. The rooms were gorgeous and comfortable. The neighborhood feels super safe and was quiet. The host, Taylor, was great. She was so responsive through our whole stay and always helpful. This property is definitely great for groups of all types. We plan to definitely stay here again in the future! P.S. parking in front of the house is technically only 2 hour parking Mon-Sat. We ended up with a parking ticket due to being parked overnight. So make sure to keep that in mind and possible park elsewhere.

Summary: The place was a lovely surprise considering the area. I loved how clean and fresh it was. Everything was organized and labeled. The locks on every door make you feel an extra sense of security. The only downside was that none of the beds were queen sized. They're all full sized beds. Other than that it's the perfect place.

Summary: Property was very clean and welcoming. This house embodies a beautiful modern design. Location was less than 20 minutes from event. With 5 bedrooms and 3 baths this home has tons of space. My favorite spot was the back patio. I Highly recommend. Thanks to a wonderful experience I will be booking again for next year.

Summary: Having stayed in many places in Philly, I found this to be one of the better ones. It’s beautifully appointed and has everything you need. Parking was always easy and most often right in front of the house. Communication with the host was great. The price was very reasonable, especially given all the space inside. Location was fine if you don’t want to walk out and grab a coffee. It’s not that kind of neighborhood. However you are a 5 minute drive to most things. I would def stay here again.

Summary: The place was very clean, very modern, 3 bathrooms is a great perk. Close to Lincoln Financial Field. It doesn't have it's own parking, which is the only downfall. But we found parking on the street not too far. Would very much recommend
