Negative: The house needs a deep cleaning, the refrigerator is dirty, the shower water in down stairs bathroom didn't get hot, cobwebs everywhere.

Summary: Won't rent this property again.

Positive: Clean, spacious, plenty of room.

Negative: The only downside was, I wish the pots and pans had been stainless steel and that there had been more of them. We needed large bowls for salad and serving and there were none. A minor issue. The place is definitely a 10 out of 10.

Negative: Living area was not conducive to relaxing. 5 beds but nowhere for those 5+ people to relax besides the beds. Couch was too small and chair is more aesthetic than comfort. A mouse also ate our chocolate :( upstairs has a smell of stale cigarettes. Likely from previous owner and the carpeting
