Summary: We rented Roy’s Chalet Apartment for a week mid January this year. We had a fantastic stay with plenty of room for the 4/5 of us. The facilities were great with all that you need for a self catering holiday, (plenty of pots and pans). Great to have a full cooker and even better, a dishwasher and Washing Machine. The chalet was warm and the beds very comfortable. The accommodation only a short 8 minute walk to the pedestrian bridge over to the Morzine Express lift and on to Morzine town centre. Roy was extremely helpful whenever we had any questions. I would not hesitate to rent Roy’s property in the future. Thank you Roy

Summary: The O’Briens apartment was perfect for our first skiing holiday in Morzine. It was warm and cozy and very well equipped, with some lovely family touches such as the large stock of games. The apartment was very practical with a large effective drying cupboard, bathroom and great shower- very welcome after a long day skiing. It was easy and fun to cook and convivial eating dinner together around the large table. The notes Roy sent in advance and the notes at the property were all extremely helpful and made our family skiing holiday stress-free. The walk into town and to ski lifts was an easy 10 minutes. Over all we really felt that Roy took the trouble to ensure we had a great holiday and we really did!

Summary: We stayed in Roy's property during February half term 2018. The chalet was very spacious, warm, with plenty of hot water - very welcome after a day's skiing. We were a family of 6 adults - parents and 2 married children with partners. Access to the slopes was convenient, either by bus or a short walk to the Supermorzine lift. Wifi was good. We would stay at this property again if visiting Morzine. Roy was a very helpful host - easy to contact either be email or phone - thank you for a great time!

Summary: An excellent apartment, well equipped kitchen, spacious bedrooms, large bathroom and two separate toilets. 10 min walk to the village and skilift, and also good bus service. We've had many days of sunshine, the snow conditions were slightly less, but we were able to ski every day, the slopes were very well prepared. Summary: We had a great stay in this chalet, which is very well maintained, well equipped and comfortably accommodated three couples. The location is good with easy access via the free ski bus to Ardent, and the Avoriaz ski area. Morzine centre, with all it's bars and restaurants, is a short 10-15 minute walk. The owner Roy went above and beyond before our stay to ensure we had all the information we needed, even providing a short history of the local area. I throughly recommend this chalet, and would stay there again.
