Your cozy getaway awaits in Arvada at this historic house. The property has been carefully renovated and restored from top to bottom with modern amenities and historical touches. The perfect place for the Holidays as you gather with your family!
The main floor contains a large kitchen, dining, and living area equipped with a gas fireplace, refinished original hardwood floors and coved plaster work. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need to keep your crew fed when you aren't enjoying the restaurants nearby. The main floor also contains the powder room and the primary bedroom with private ensuite bathroom and plenty of closet space.
The second floor contains two spacious bedrooms, each with their own ensuite bathroom. The bedrooms are great for littles or light sleepers and are equipped with blackout curtains.
The basement contains a sitting room with a cozy electric fireplace, the fourth bedroom, laundry room, and office space. The office space is equipped with an additional monitor and keyboard for convenience. Finally, in the expanded office space we have included a small wellness space with meditation and yoga amenities for you to unwind and unplug when needed.
The property includes parking for 3 vehicles and a private yard that feels like an oasis in the middle of the bustle of downtown. The yard is fully fenced and contains a patio equipped with a large table and chairs for meals. There is also a large, climate controlled, secured shed on site that guests are welcome to use to store their outdoor adventure gear such as bikes, kayaks, skis, etc.
The property is located just a 2 minute walk to the main shops and restaurants of Olde Town Arvada and a 7 minute walk through Olde Town will lead you to the G-line station with access to Denver's Union Station and the airport. Olde Town is the vibrant hub of Arvada with an award winning bakery, breweries, wineries, ample restaurants, parks, a library, boutique shops, coffee shops, movie theater, salon services, frequent family friendly festivals, and seasonal farmers market. Two blocks behind the house is the Ralston Creek Trail with access to parks, disc golf, and extensive bike trail networks.
If you want to venture beyond Arvada by vehicle, it is only a 20 minute drive to Downtown Denver, 25 minutes to Boulder, 15 minutes to Golden, and 75 minutes to world class skiing in Summit County! This is a great central location if you need to attend Spring Commencement ceremonies at CU, CSM, Metro, or CU Denver!

Summary: The basement suite has a bedroom, open space, office, and laundry! Two bedrooms upstairs were nice with fancy updated bathrooms. The ground floor master was great too! Walking across the street to Olde Town Arvada was fun. Easy access to highways and other destinations too.

Summary: Three friends and I spent a few nights at this property for a Colorado girls trip. The home was clean, charming, and spacious. It was great that we each got our own room, and 3 of the 4 bedrooms had attached bathrooms, plus a half bath on the main floor for the guest that had the basement bedroom. Check in was easy. The home is secure with door lock codes and a security system. The backyard was fully privacy-fenced w/ a nice sized table umbrella where we enjoyed our morning coffee. The house was equipped with laundry detergent and coffee/tea sugar/creamer. Olde Town Arvada is only a block away, so we opted to walk to local restaurants. Bonfire Burritos was great for brunch and bloody mary's. The School House was great for dinner and a fun vibe. There is a fun barcade in the area too. We had lots of fun and would definitely recommend this property to others and would stay here again in the future!

Summary: A wonderful property for families (including with small children) and a wonderful host. We had everything ready for us when we arrived including a high chair, pack n play, toys, and books. the backyard is a great place to sit and/or play for kids (there’s a sandbox) and the location is extremely convenient: a 2 minute walk to olde town Arvada and a 5 minute walk to a train which takes you right to union station. The basement has an extra room that’s not included in the total 4 bedrooms where you can put a pack n play or kids bed, so there is plenty of room for a family to spread out. We were comfortable with two kids and my in-laws. We will absolutely stay here again when we visit Denver.

Summary: We stayed over Memorial weekend for a soccer tournament and was a perfect place for us to use as home base. Spacious kitchen with an open concept to dining area and living room allowed us to enjoy our time together. The nunber of showers and bathrooms made it easy for everyone to get ready quickly. Plenty of parking with a relaxing backyard space. Walking distance to some good restaurants. The owner was responsive to my emails and very easy to communicate with.

Summary: Checking in was a breeze and communication with the host was very easy since they responded fast. The house itself is very nice and clean. You can dim all the lights in the house which I thought was really cool. Overall, I was very comfortable and satisfied with my stay.
