Summary: Great house centrally located to almost everything. Great places to walk and some really good eateries. The house was roomy, modern and easy to live in!!

Summary: Beautiful new build steps away from the beach. Although the beach is rocky, which we already knew as we have stayed in this community several times, it still is wonderful! Crescent beach, which you can drive on, is right up the street as well as mantanzas inlet and several other beaches the opposite direction. The home was very spacious and perfect for our large group of 10. I will say, this home does indeed need a deep cleaning every so often as the walls were dirty, and there was dust behind the door jams, as well as alot of.dead insects in the slider doors. One thing I will say and, I repeat: DO NOT leave the slider doors open. Gnats and other flying insects were all over the kitchen at night after having the 2nd floor kitchen sliders open during the day during lunch. The backyard is incredible for family fun! We played soccer, blew bubbles, did yoga, and had ample space for kids to play yet easy to keep an eye on them from the balconies. We truly enjoyed our stay! The pool is a couple steps away and very convenient to the home. The only thing I would recommend is; better linens and towels. There also is no beach chairs/towels so bring your own. Adding another trash can plus a recycling bin is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! A critter got into our trash twice, both on trash days. The trash can provided is small and cannot accommodate larger groups throughout a weeks stay. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again!

Summary: We loved the house and all the amenities. The clubhouse pool was super and a very short walk from the house. The lack of a beach that allows for swimming was not described in the listing. In addition, upon arrival we discovered small gnat like bugs all over all of the outside doors, plastered all over the balcony furniture and sliding glass doors, and all over the floors inside the home. We spent about an hour cleaning them all up. The rental customer service made it right by reimbursing our cleaning fee. (Thank You!). The sliding door on the main 2nd floor will not lock at all and needs to be repaired. The wooden boards to keep out intruders shouldn’t be necessary. Lastly, only 1 garbage can for a vacation home that sleeps up to 14 people is totally inadequate. Overall, we loved the house and the location and its proximity to the beaches and St. Augustine. We would stay here again, despite some of the various small issues. Thank you!

Summary: Great kitchen has everything you need. House is fairly new construction so everything was new. Elevator was nice to bring groceries and luggage up and down. Extra blankets in the closets. Bring your own beach chairs and umbrellas. The beach is rocky so you may have to walk to find a spot without rocks for small children. Overall was a lovely property and we had a nice relaxing vacation.
