Summary: We stayed here during the heatwave that was crossing Europe. A little worried about this, in fact there was no need. The pool was perfect and no problem with it not being heated. The villa was wonderfully airy and you could get a great breeze running through it. We had a problem with a door at one point but our hosts got someone in to fix it immediately. You are 5 minutes from the local intermarche so getting provisions was dead easy. Was a wonderful holiday and would highly recommend

Summary: We spent a week with 10 friends at this extraordinary "mansion". Located close to a little town with all necessities and 200m to the shore of the Ardeche the setting could not be much better. The traditional house is rebuild with exceptional taste an in a clean white setting. Our 5 Kids (6-11 years) loved the large pool and the parents the bar next to it. My personal highlight is the table at the terrace shielded by two trees in shape of two large umbrellas. An extra plus for the kitchen. It is fully equipped (better than my own) and in a perfect condition. We brought our bikes which can easily be strored in a shed, were we found some addtional bikes which are free to use for renters. 500 yards up the road is a perfect bathing spot at the river. We fished, swam and the kids enjoyed the critters ... In the surrounding there a lots of sights to visit. This place is the best in the area! Ann and her family could not be more supportive. We will return!

Summary: Large, beautiful house in the south of France, with a private pool. The kitchen is a treat in particular, with a huge work surface which invites cooking and eating together. It also has a wide window which allows one to look out over garden, pool and the hills in the background. The local caretaker was very helpful, courteous and kind in dealing with our terrible French. Very nearby, literally a 5 minute drive, there is a good supermarket with a good stock of food and non-food. We had a great time, even though the weather did not really cooperate.

Summary: Our stay in Les Issoux was just what we needed! We could relax in a spacious and fully equiped house in a quiet and nice village. We had plenty of space and the children loved the pool!

Summary: We had a fantastic holiday. The property is very well equipped and all the bedrooms were lovely. It is a lovely area and very handy having a supermarket so close. All in all a brilliant stay for the 3 families that stayed.

Summary: The house is beautiful - well equipped, spacious and stylish. It was spotlessly clean and had everything we could wish for. The location is perfect - quiet, walking distance to the supermarket, small town of Lalevalade and to the river beach.

Summary: We especially enjoyed the very well maintained, extensive and secure grounds of this lovely house, where the children could roam and explore safely and the adults could enjoy the french life. The house was comfortable and well-equipped .

Summary: We had a family gathering at this villa and our extended family aged 3 to 75 really enjoyed our stay at this wonderful house and pool. Plenty of space indoor and outdoor. Nice to eat outside for every meal. Only suggestion that came from the group was to have a frige at the bar, but apart from that everything was great!
