Summary: Wonderful property in St. Paul. Convenient to walk to restaurants and shops on Grand Avenue. Short drive to Minneapolis. Quiet neighborhood. Great place for our family to stay. Apartment is very clean and well furnished. Lots of small details done well. Would stay there again when back in St. Paul.

Summary: The property was just what we wanted . It was spotless, spacious and all 4 rooms were perfect. It was on 2nd floor but didn’t hear much at all from the other folks in other units. There were lots of nice breakfast places nearby as well as good restaurants for dinner. We were there to play golf and there were numerous good golf courses within 30 minutes. AC worked great and beds were all King/Queens. And the owners responded within minutes when we texted - we just let them know how much we liked their place as there was zero complaints or concerns !

Summary: This is a well-appointed, comfortable apartment in a quiet walkable neighborhood. Very clean and nicely decorated. Space is used well. Comfortably accommodated 5 adults, 2 children, and 1 infant. It is a great base for exploring the many interesting sights of St. Paul-Minneapolis.

Summary: I booked this VRBO for a wedding my family planned to attend in Minneapolis. This unit exceeded my expectations. The hosts are generous and thoughtful, allowing us to check-in early so we could unload our luggage and supplies and have trunk space before driving to the airport to pick up my daughter and her family. It turned out we needed one more night added to our stay and the hosts responded timely to let us know that the unit wasn’t booked and it would work for us to stay another night. The unit was equipped with everything we needed and the items supplied were good quality The location made all of our destinations in the city easy to get to. I would recommend this unit, provided everyone in your group can use stairs. I will definitely stay here again for an event in Minneapolis.
