ABOUT THE HOUSE
Gather your group for a movie night in the living room, with seating for four and a 55” smart TV, allowing you to stream your favorite shows. Kids and teens will love the game room. Play billiards on the full-size pool table, watch a movie on the 55” smart TV, or play board games in the nearby living area.
Claim one of four loungers by the pool and spend your days in the sun; the deck is screened for all-season enjoyment. Splash, float, and swim laps in the large private pool. Sip beverages in the sitting area for two, and barbeque on the gas grill.

Summary: The house was very well stocked with the thing a traveler needs for a short stay or long term stay. House was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The only thing I like and it wasn't there is a TV in the bedroom. I also didn't like that they didn't have cable TV, so I could at least watch local the news and weather. Everything were streaming channels, so if you don't have Netflix or prime or some other app there wasn't much to view.

Summary: This was a beautiful home in Port Charlotte. It was generally clean, and they supplied ant traps. The downside was the pool is unheated so it was too cold that we ended up at our friend’s rental most of the time in the heated pool. They had lots of kitchen supplies, but only some plastic plates and nothing that was toddler or kid friendly. So bring your own. Also if you are a hot sleeper, the AC has to stay at 73.

Summary: Our family loved this home! It was very clean and spacious. If you are staying here, there is no need to bring any kitchen supplies as the house has everything you could possibly need. We will definitely be booking this house again when we go to Florida!

Summary: The woodwork was dirty, broken door in bedroom, stool didn’t flush good, clothes were left in drawers from previous renters, fans were dirty inside & outside, Couldn’t get TV to work, We were told the pool would be heated. But the house was very roomy, the furniture was nice and the kitchen was very well stocked with dishes
