Summary: Beautiful old house, wonderful grounds- so peaceful. Perfect for complete get away. Pool was fantastic as it was very hot during our stay. Some lovely places to visit within the vicinity. The owner was very friendly and helpful in his recommendations. The annex was a lot more rustic and detached - definitely less comfortable than the house.

Summary: The setting was excellent, in beautiful countryside surrounded by farmland, very quiet and peaceful. The pool was great given that we were there during the heatwave. As we were a group of 9 adults we needed the entire property, main house and annex to accommodate us all. The main house was fine, however the annex was not of the same standard and was not very clean. Apparently the annex is not used much and used mainly for children, if we had know this at the beginning we probably would not have booked this property. However we did have a lovely week and enjoyed the area and the many places of interest to visit.

Summary: Accommodation suited a mixed group of 10 in the main building & annexed buildings. Great cooking/Dinning area in main house. Lovely natural / farm land region. Saw deer and giant peacock moths. Only down side was the swimming pool was not available but it was early season & would have only used it on one day

Summary: A very nice house and a great location for a get-away! We stayed for a week in the house beginning of April. The kitchen is very large and with a nice fireplace and can accommodate a large group of people (we were 10). The lounge is also very comfortable and also has a fireplace. There is a good choice of rooms and bathrooms. Perfect communication with the very nice owners who live across the field. We all had a very pleasant stay. Many thanks! Highly recommended!
