Summary: We had a wonderful relaxing stay in Casa Rio. It was furnished with everything that one could think of. Clean , comfortable and quiet. It was just what we needed to relax and chill out. We will be back. When you book and stay, you will not be disappointed.

Summary: We came to Casa Rio during January to visit some local friends, and wanted a large space for my two young children to be free to play around without having to make sure we weren’t bothering anyone around us. The house is every bit as spacious as the pictures look. This place was everything we could have hoped for, and more! Watching the water fowl on the river in the mornings while enjoying a cup of coffee, and just letting the kids play with their toys was paramount. The town is so quiet and peaceful with just enough for anything you might need. Mrs. Joanie and Mr. Mike have created such a unique and beautiful home in which no detail is overlooked. I could write a novel singing the praises of this property. It was divine, and we hope to return one day in other seasons as well so that we can enjoy the river to the fullest.

Summary: Met a friend of mine for a girls weekend. Never sure what to expect with a VRBO but it was just as described- clean- fully stocked with waters, dishes, utensils, even plastic bags for our leftovers! We cooked almost every meal there- plenty of pots/pans/cutting boards/etc. Comfortable seating anywhere you might want to sit and enjoy the view. Awesome covered back porch. Take a few steps down for more outside seating under shady trees. And in the heat of the day we sat inside and had a great view through the large windows on the entire backside of the house. This place is a winner! Great property. Super private. Beautiful! And Joanie was super responsive and helpful.

Summary: From start to finish this property was perfect! The owners went out of their way to make us feel at home and even gifted us an amazing loaf made by local munks! The river access was dead on , even better then the photos. My Boyfriend and I fish and we stayed busy ! I’d highly recommend this beautiful home and I’m already planning my next visit!
