Welcome to paradise! Enjoy your visit to Sarasota while staying in our spacious and clean home. Every detail inside has been crafted for your maximum comfort & convenience!
Inside, you'll discover several large lounge areas (both inside & outside), as well as several large cozy bedrooms that give you the perfect place to relax after a long day of adventures.
Bedroom 1: King Bed (TV)
Bedroom 2: Queen Bed (TV)
Bedroom 3: 2 Twin Beds
Bedroom 4: Twin bed with trundle bed that can pop-up & connect to create a King bed.
Bonus Room: Pull-out queen bed. This is an extra living room that can be separated from the rest of the house by a large curtain for complete privacy.
There are enough beds & amenities to easily accommodate 10 people.
Clean linens, bath towels AND beach towels are provided for your convenience. Additional supplies are provided to get you started - including toilet paper, detergent, shampoo/conditioner/body wash.
Air Conditioning (NEW), Fast Wifi, & Washer/Dryer.
→ ENTERTAINMENT: Cards, Board Games, mini ping pong/foosball table, Beach gear, 2 Smart TV’s, FAST WIFI!
→ DINING: Interior dining table seats up to 10 people. Exterior table seats up to 8 people, with a 2-person bar top close by.
→ KITCHEN: Equipped with plenty of drinking glasses, wine glasses, coffee mugs, pots and pans, cooking utensils, mixing bowls, baking dishes, pizza pan, cookie sheet, toaster, can opener, wine opener, measuring cups/spoons, coffee maker (including complimentary coffee and creamer to get you started!), tea, salt & pepper, & common cooking spices.
→ PATIO: Private, screened-in & extra spacious. Enjoy the several lounge areas, hammocks, mini ping-pong/foosball table & a grill bar. In the evenings, this is the perfect place to kick back under the ambient bistro lights. Gas Grill is provided, but guest is responsible for propane.
→ BEACH: Chairs, large beach blanket, large cooler, boogie boards & beach towels provided.
Traveling with small children? Pack n’ Play, Highchair, and kids dinnerware provided.

Summary: We enjoyed a lot our short stay. The house is huge and clean, very well located, close to grocery stores. 20 min drive to Sarasota downtown and beaches. The house have everything for a long vacations. There are games in the house for kids. We would definitely consider coming back. Thank you so much Ashley!

Summary: Fabulous home, very clean, convenient; perfect for a family reunion in paradise. Great location, very convenient, fun, and comfortable. Would recommend more towels, as we had 8 people. The owner was very easy to communicate with & responsive.

Summary: The home is beautiful and beds are comfortable! There were 7 of us that stayed in the home and it has plenty of space. Great indoor dining and outdoor dining. They have beach chairs, beach towels, and a cooler which made our days at the beach enjoyable. Overall beautiful house and the hosts were very responsive. No issues with anything in the house and it was maintained very well. It's a bit of a drive to Siesta Key Beach and Anna Maria Beaches (35 minutes to both). Not a bad drive from Tampa airports (1 hour +). Target and a grocery store are about 5 minutes away. Beautiful property, comfortable, and clean. We'd stay there again.
