Spacious, coastal themed home across the street from an inlet, located in New Seabury's scenic Bright Coves neighborhood. Peaceful and quiet neighborhood, so not a "party house". This kid-friendly, 4-bedroom/3 full bath, 2,400 sq ft home with two family rooms is located across the bay with neighborhood kayak launch located less than 1 minute walk down the street, and a 10 min walk (<1 min drive) to the renowned “Spit” beach. It is a short 5-minute drive to Popponesset Marketplace (shops, restaurants, mini golf) and 7-minute drive to Mashpee Commons (shops, restaurants, bowling, movie theater).
Our 3-level home is outfitted with 5G Wi-Fi, 3 smart Hi-Def TVs all having cable and Roku, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, beautiful furniture throughout, washer/dryer, parking for 4 cars, ample toys for kids, and 2 family rooms on different levels.
The master suite has an ensuite bathroom as well as sitting area with pull out couch. There is second master bedroom with ensuite bathroom located on the third floor. The house has central A/C for those hot summer days. Multiple ways to get around the area: drive, walk, and bike.
The kitchen is completely outfitted with everything you will need to have a dinner party, including an outdoor Weber gas grill. You will have peace of mind knowing the home is professionally cleaned for each stay and linens are laundered before each stay.
After a trip to the beach guests can use the outdoor shower. On the front deck, you will enjoy water views - all overlooking a nicely landscaped yard. In addition, guests can also relax and entertain on the back patio, while having access to a good side yard to play. We have bikes in the garage for guests to use free of charge. Something for everyone!

Summary: Our family enjoyed a wonderful week in this lovely home. The floor plan allows everyone their own space as well as many places to gather as a group. The house is immaculate and the furnishings are very comfortable. There’s bikes, beach equipment of all kind and lots of toys for kids. Having spent many summers in this beautiful area years ago, we had a terrific time reminiscing and hope to return.

Summary: This was a beautiful house with lots of room for both teens and adults. It was just a short walk to the Spit beach. The home had beach chairs, umbrella and wagon for us to borrow. We have rented many years in New Seabury but needed a larger home this time. This home did not disappoint. Mike was a pleasure to work with and was concerned about our stay. He answered all questions and our concerns promptly. We would rent this property again.

Summary: This spacious house gave our group (parents with teenage children) room to spread out but still be together. The house was clean and equipped with everything we needed. When we had a question upon arrival the owner responded right back and answered all of our questions. We have rented for many year in this area and loved this property...we hope to be back!

Summary: We had a great time in this rental. The house is a perfect set up for families and/or friends with bedrooms on lower level, and two en-suite masters. The location is perfect. Walking distance to a beach and beautiful neighborhood. Views of the water on the second floor balconies. Would rent again!

Summary: My friends and I were looking for a getaway and found this fantastic house near Capecod. The house was huge and had several bedrooms to fit all of us. The house has everything you need: bedrooms, bathrooms, a kitchen, and even a backyard with a usable gas grill. The gas grill was perfectly functional and easy to use, we had a great bbq session. The host Mike was very amiable, responded promptly to messages, and cares about the experience of the customers. We had an awesome stay and I strongly recommend this location.
