Summary: We were 13 together for a week, 3 families with almost adult or teenagers. The pool and kitchen and dinning area were so good. The sleeping rooms were also good - but we missed doors to the toilets/baths. Have never been in a house without doors from sleeping room to toilet… upgrade of that would be preferable. The stuff in the kitchen good and nice barbecue area.

Summary: The property is exactly as pictured and very comfortable. The location is ideal as long as you are fit enough to walk uphill. The town of Sainte is Maxim lively with all needed essentials and an easy drive to everywhere else. The ferry to St. Tropez is very convenient. The beach is great - real sand as opposed to rocks which you get elsewhere. Only suggestion is to send the entrance codes to the gates and lockbox at an earlier time since we did not have wifi and were on planes lot so we missed the text with that information and had to call for it. We were 11 adult sized people and had plenty of room indoors and out. Would definitely recommend Villa Mona!

Summary: The photos really don’t do this place justice. An absolutely beautiful villa, extremely well equipped in a great location, walking distance from shops and Sainte Maxime. The heated pool was delightful and the villa was spacious and well laid out. We’ll be back!!

Summary: Villa Mona is a wonderfully spacious property, and every bedroom has something to recommend it. We were very well looked after by our host Nathalie, with immediate help provided to clear up a couple of small issues. We loved our stay, and would definitely return!

Summary: Everything you need for a holiday available at Villa Mona. short walk down hill for marina, beach and restaurants . very family friendly . Suggested we treat it like our home, felt really comfortable in the beautiful spaces . We would love to return . Jane

Summary: Villa was very comfortable for a group of 5 adults, 2 children and 1 baby. Communication throughout was quick and helpful, facilities exactly as described with many useful extras. Property manager was available whenever required and beds were very comfortable. Swimming pool well maintained as were grounds.

Summary: We stayed the week with another family. With 5 teenagers/young adults in the house, it was great for them to have the freedom to walk into town when they wanted to. The house set up with the pool was ideal for us too. We loved using the outdoor grill one of the nights and then sitting on the top deck with a great view of the water enjoying a few bottles of wine. Overall, a fantastic time!

Summary: Location is exceptional - high enough to get a clear view across the bay to St Tropez, but still close enough to walk to town and the beaches. We left the car at the bottom of the hill to avoid the last 400 metres of climbing back up to the house. Security is excellent with security gates into the small estate and into the driveway. There is a double garage to keep the cars safe and cool. The pool has an electric cover for safety when not in use. The villa itself is exceptional, secluded from neighbours and very spacious. A large south facing terrace and separate viewing platform were used every day for meals and drinks. The 5 bedrooms and bathrooms are ample for a group of 12 plus a pull out settee for a couple of visitors if needed. Couldn't find any faults!

Summary: This is a hidden gem in the hills just 15 min walk to the nice centre of old and nice town of St Maximme and beautiful beach. The house is really nice and has high standards and it fits as many as 15 persons. The view is amazing! We had a wonderful time in the house and I can recommend everybody to go.
