Summary: Great layout. 6 adults slept comfortably with extra room for game night, family meals and relaxing. Weather was too cold for pool but it looked lovely. Appreciated the available amenities such as dishwashing soap, paper towels, etc. We also enjoyed the boardgames. House is in good neighborhood with easy access to grocery store and restaurants. Would definitely book again.

Summary: The house is beautiful, large and spacious. The homeowner Amelia, and the handyman Rudy, are very prompt to respond to questions, and they are kind and helpful when issues arose. The location is in a nice neighborhood and convenient to all attractions in the Orlando area. The downsides of this house are:1. It is in the direct flight path of the Orlando airport, which means constant low flying airplanes over the house.2. There is a detached garage within the fenced backyard that is rented out separately. It's quite close to the main house and also the pool area.3. The hot tub and attached pool did not have a functioning heater, therefore they were unusable. Rudy did attempt to get it working when we requested it, but was not able to get the necessary part during our stay. Overall it was a pleasant stay, with some inconveniences.
