Come escape with us in our quaint community, Sargent, TX! This beautiful two-level waterfront home is situated on tranquil Caney Creek!
The home is ideally located for many outdoor activities, including fishing, boating, bird watching and much more. Some of the best fishing around!! Great outdoor space with tons of decking and a large yard. Sit on the deck in the evening with a cool drink and enjoy the gorgeous views or tell stories around the fire pit!
This five (5) bedroom, two (2) bath home features an open living & dining area with a well-equipped kitchen and features attention to every detail to make your stay enjoyable. The house can sleep 15 people comfortably (This includes 2 guest on a nice queen air mattress that is provided, or you can bring your own).
This home is a split-level home offering multiple families the space they might need. The upper level of the home offers three bedrooms one has a king bed and the other two each offer a queen bed. This level also includes a kids loft with two twin beds. There is also a queen blow up mattress available for use. The lower level with private entrance and own coffee bar has two bedrooms. One bedroom has a queen size bed and the other offers three twin size beds.
The home has a large breezeway downstairs along with an abundance of deck space to relax in the shade. The winds blow through the breezeway ensuring pleasant weather on even the warmest of days.
Access to the public boat ramp that is seconds away from the house. Take a walk down our beautiful beach and witness the beautiful sunset and rises here in Sargent.

Summary: Great trip visiting my husband’s parents who live nearby. Plenty of room for lots of siblings and cousins. Very cute decor and plenty of amenities like paper products and towels. Great communication with property manager.

Summary: Great house, little problem with wasp outside. Littles had fun on trampoline and swings. Fishing from the pier and mainly just having much needed family time.

Summary: This was a great property to entertain. The porches were absolutely the best part about it. We spent our days swimming in the creek and hanging out on the porches. The house was clean and decorated to perfection. When you walk in you felt like you were at home. The beds were so comfortable! The bedding and pillows were great. The one thing I would change is the parking situation. This house sleeps 15 people which means more than likely there will be multiple families sharing. There is only enough room for 4 cars.
