Very charming air-conditioned villa, benefiting from exceptional sunshine, completely renovated in a garden overlooking the pond.
- On the ground floor: fully fitted kitchen open to a large living room; one bedroom with two twin beds, a large bathroom with washing machine. Separate WC.
A second bedroom with sofa bed.
- On the first floor: a 120 cm bed on the mezzanine, a bedroom with double bed, a bathroom and separate WC.
Oriented east-west. Very close to the sea.
6 -7 beds, two bathrooms and two separate toilets. Very clear with beautiful volumes. Very nice view of the pond from each of the windows. Each evening, you can admire the sunset over the Abbey of Maguelone.

Summary: What a lovely house. This property is close to the beach. Close to the shops. And overall very good. The house was clean and tidy when we checked in. And what was very nice is all the rooms had airconditioning - in the middle of summer that is really needed. We would recommend this house to everyone and anyone.

Summary: Right from the beginning everything was perfect. Claire was a wonderful host. She greeted us upon arrival there were no open questions. Everything was exactly as described. Except the view over the bayou: that is something you just have to experience! We were able to see the sun setting every evening right out of our garden. The beach is only 5 minutes away … if you take your time. For our son it was the ideal situation. The water was shallow, right temperature and a wonderful beach to hang out. Besides that, we had the great opportunity visit so much in southern France. It was the perfect stay for good portion of vitamin D before the winter comes. Off course we now wonder how it might be in the summer, but we will for certain try to figure out.

Summary: The House is very modern and equipped with all the facilities. There were also 3 bikes to explore the local area. The owner Claire Darras, has throughout the House beautiful paintings which she made. Palavas Les Flots is a great starting point for the Mediterranean, Montpellier and many other attractions.

Summary: Comfortable, well-equipped villa in a lovely location overlooking the lagoon and a short walk from the beach and promenade. Very helpful and welcoming owner. All you could wish for if looking for a relaxing few days near sea and lovely countryside as well as city of Montpellier. Highly recommend.
