Summary: VACASA is the worst management company I have ever dealt with. Upon arrival, the very long, uphill driveway was a sheet of ice. A vehicle (a mid-size SUV) in our party slid off into a snow drift along the driveway. It was 7 degrees when we arrived for the 4:00 pm check in and the sun was quickly setting. While we were working on towing/shoveling the car out of the ditch, a family member tried contacting VACASA through texting, emailing and calling, but were met with bots and zero responses. Once we got to the house, the auto key pad to the front door (which was12 digits long for some ungodly reason) would not disengage lock mode which led to many lock outs. Then, the keypad itself died and we could no longer access the home. Among other problems, the bucket of salt at the front door was empty and the stairs were not shoveled, making it extremely unsafe and treacherous. When I finally spoke to someone at VACASA, the representative was unfamiliar with our multiple problems despite the referenced ticket number. All she said was "sorry for the inconvenience" over and over. It wasn't until the third day when a truck came to throw gravel on HALF the driveway. We booked Monday-Saturday and were left with 3 pods for the dishwasher and 1 roll of paper towels. VACASA called this a "starter pack" WARNING: DO NOT BOOK VACASA HOMESThe house was charming despite the multiple problems, but will NEVER book again

Summary: The views from this home are gorgeous and you stay in the middle of some of the cutest most quaint little towns in Vermont! Very private and comfortable home!

Summary: The house was roomy. If you are looking for a quiet place, this is it. The house was clean, except for the large amount of fruit flies everywhere. It was a put off, to find them at all the rooms in large quantities.

Summary: We had a great stay. The communication with Vacasa was prompt and informative. The home was conveniently located between Stowe and Waterbury and hiking trails within the area as well as Ben and Jerry’s ice cream. The home was clean, kitchen was well stocked as well as the bathrooms. The beds were comfortable with plenty of space to spread out. Very nice home!

Summary: I would love to gatekeep this property for myself. Reasonably priced, well taken care of home. You cannot beat the location. Originally we wanted to stay directly in Stowe, but being right between Stowe and Waterbury was the way to go. Nice grocery store down the street, Ben and Jerrie’s 5 minutes away. It was amazing waking up, driving across the street and getting the freshest coffee I’ve had at the coffee roasters l. We drove no more than 15-20 minutes for everything and we stayed out of the congested areas. This home is a porch couples dream with the beautiful mountain veiw. The kitchen is fully stocked you will not need a single thing. Comfy beds, spacious rooms. The only difficult part was sometimes it got very hot throughout the middle of the day as there is no curtains to block the sun and no air condition we could control. Evenings were more than fine though. Super dog friendly. Thank you for the wonderful stay!!!

Summary: The location, the home, the setting are all lovely, but probably not in the heat of the summer with no AC on the upper floor where the bedrooms are located.

Summary: Clean, convenient to Bolton Valley/Stowe/Smugglers Notch ski areas, very very well stocked and so comfortable. Great sunset views over Camel's Hump. We so appreciate that this property is rentable. Thank you again!

Summary: How was large, kitchen had all the things you would need. Very clean. Views were amazing. Close to Stowe. We had a really nice time.

Summary: In the mountains, 80 miles from Canada, 30 miles from Burlington and Lake Champlain, 12 miles from Stowe, and fun things in between. The house feels like an upscale home. Wood floors welcome your feet, a gas stove keeps you warm in the spring (we came in March), and their beds were comfortable, clean, and quiet. The house gives you space to stretch out, the grocery store is less than 10 miles away and natural food stores are closer. We enjoyed our stay as a family (9, 15, 25, and mom and dad), enjoy your stay!
