Positive: Size was good Well stocked. Washer/dryer was great. Mostly clean Checking in process was good.
Negative: A/C in the kitchen area was not cooling, probably like that for a while. So the whole place was hot with the outside temperature of 33°C. Sucks big. Lied about trying to get a repair person and never followed back about it, then asked for 5 stars. Lol of 5/10 maybe. Balcony in the back not allowed to be used, that's partly why I picked this place. Sucks big No parking 95% of time. The parking advertising is misleading at best a lie at worse (i thought it was $15 per day dedicated on site parking). You need pay 30$ per day and 6$ night in parking garage 7min or 9 min walk,. no other parking is available. Parking signs is very confusing there. What a hassle that was to park. Beds way way to soft i sank to the bottom. Decor in the first room is a mix of Victorian vs. industrial clash, loose the Victorian. Sofa covers dirty and have small holes. Temu new ones. Kitchen chairs need shampooing with car vacuum, yuk. Whale tail bar stools are a joke, they have a bump in the front middle, seat goes right up your @$%# sack, not suitable for sitting. Even the shelves in the washroom were reversed, i flipped one of them to normal as it was bugging me. Sink spout broken. One Stove knob missing other is taped, getto style lol. Not that I used it, but still... Left over from other guests left over condiments kitchen in cabinet. TV is tiny 20 inch or so, need 60 inch at least, it's cheap nowadays. It has potential but needs work. That's the quick list of issues.

Positive: Proximity to city centre, lots of space, easy access (minimal stairs). We found parking no problem.
Negative: Some mattresses could be changed, or at least just add mattress top would be sufficient. Nothing else really.

Positive: The location was great - very central and the apartment was spacious and clean. The bathrooms were exceptionally designed - In fact, I got some design ideas for my future bathroom, particularly the bathroom with the shower - that was divine.
Negative: There was no iron or ironing board and no side lamps beside the beds. These small items would have made a big difference to the overall experience.
Summary: A nice space with lots of space - very homey feel.

Positive: Very spacious and in the downtown location. Also loved the heated floors in some of the rooms. Very pleased with our stay here and we will be recommending to family and friends.
Negative: Just a suggestion but would be nice to have a coffee table in the living room and coffee filters.
