Clean and eclectic spacious home away from home. Have the entire house to yourselves.
Whether you are planning a weekend getaway or coming from out of town you will have complete privacy & peace and quiet with this home.
Hamilton is also conveniently located between Niagara Falls and Toronto so my home is an excellent base for exploring Southern Ontario.
This is a 2-story, 3-bedroom detached home. Has hardwood flooring throughout and is carpet-free.
As you walk in through the front door, you enter the living room which has two sofa couches (double-size) and wifi TV. Further down is the dining area that seats four. A bright and spacious galley kitchen includes a gas stove, microwave/fan, fridge, and dishwasher. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials i.e. dishes, utensils, glasses, pots & pans, coffee maker, toaster, etc. From the kitchen, you have access via a patio door that leads out to the backyard that is fully fenced.
The main floor has a powder room.
The upper level has a master bedroom with a queen-size bed and wifi TV. The 2nd bedroom has another queen-size bed. The third bedroom has a queen-size bed.
The upper level has a full bath (tub/shower, sink, and toilet).
The laundry area is located in the basement.
Free wifi (fibre internet) is included with your stay and the home also has central air conditioning.
The property does not have a driveway. There is free street parking available 24/7 in the neighbourhood and it's a safe family-friendly area.
A 5-minute walking distance to the Hamilton General Hospital and Ron Joyce Children's Health Centre.
Conveniently located near the GO station, downtown shops, restaurants, and much more.

Summary: We picked this stay because the location is in middle of Toronto downtown and Niagra Falls both which we planned to visit. Approx 1 hr drive each side.

Summary: We had a great time whit family members for the weekend. The house is well renovated and cozy!!!! Don’t get foul by the outside size because it’s very confortable! Communication with the owner is quick and easy…. She want to make sure that your stay meet your expectation!!!!

Summary: Prosperity is older but had all the amenities one needs to get by. It was close to TH field. Owner has excellent communication.

Summary: The host was excellent and even provided coffee. The home was clean and well stocked with ample supplies for cooking, cleaning and linens. The area was not the best but with that being said we were comfortable going for a walk and were able to find our way around easily. The home is beautifully decorated and comfortable for groups. There was a great attention to detail and we felt right at home.
