3 Bedroom House in Inverness

Our traditional Spanish-style large family home is two full homes in one but completely separated by the large laundry room with two doors. We are offering the larger side, which contains three bedrooms, three full baths, living room, den, dining room, kitchen, and laundry room, none of which is shared with anyone including my husband and myself. Outside on the 900+ sq. ft. screened-in porch is a living area with two couches and a big-screen tv, a ping pong table, a cornhole game and other games for our guests. Also a gas grill is provided. The pool is over10 feet deep and has a diving board. We live in the separate, smaller side of the home, but you will not know we're here unless you need something!

Summary: We are so thankful to have found this rental for our trip to Florida! We came for a family reunion in Inverness and were beyond happy with our stay. Our family loved the pool and we had plenty of room to spread out. Lots of cool birds to watch outside the screened porch, stuff to explore nearby, a fantastic laundry room, and plenty of everything we needed. Ginny is the sweetest host you could ask for! I'd recommend this place to anyone - 100%.

Summary: We have family nearby and were able to host a brunch for 10 people and a dinner for the same. The pool was clean and enjoyable. We were traveling with a 10 month old baby girl and she loved being in the water. We had a flight cancelation and so we couldn't get there until the second day of our rental. Gini is amazing, she even made us dinner the first evening when we finallly arrived

Summary: I couldn't have asked for a better host. Genni is amazingly sweet and accommodating. We hosted my mother's 50th birthday party here and everyone had an awesome time on this beautiful property. She gave us the privacy that we would want while still being available for all of our needs. We had such a great time we booked another night. Will definitely be back and would DEFINITELY recommend.

Summary: Beautiful home with lots of space. Great location, in quiet neighborhood, less than 3 miles from Eden Park boat ramp. Plenty of parking for two bass boats. House was clean and well stocked with everything needed. Gini was very welcoming. We enjoyed watching the "resident" sand hill cranes strolling the property front and back.

Summary: very, very nice, neighborhood safe and lovely, Inverness is cute town, close to biking, hiking, horseback riding, golf, paddling/boating. Wonderful hostess!

Summary: Overall we really enjoyed our stay based on the location and the home. Inverness is inland approx 45 minutes from the gulf, and 1 hour north of Tampa/Clearwater, so conveniently located. The layout of the home was really good including the 80' X 12' screened in porch off the back of the house. The pool is very nice although it wasn't heated so difficult for me to use, although the kids and a couple of adults enjoyed some time in the water. Property Manager "Gini" was awsome

Summary: I was extremely pleased from the introduction to our extended goodbye. We felt at home, it was clean and cozy yet quite spacious, the pool was awesome and so much stuff to keep the fun rolling. We grilled up some meat and took full advantage of this complete kitchen, it just felt so great to look around and see the never ending smiles on my family's faces. We had the best host and when I mentioned extended goodbye, we really didn't want to leave...😅 We can't thank Miss Genie & Mr. Al for sharing a part of their life and beautiful home with us... May you continue to have Gods blessings. We look forward to seeing Y'all next time! TTFN👋
