Summary: This is an enjoyable property for a family. We were there when it was over 30 Celsius and house was extremely warm. I would say that window coverings would help to keep kitchen cool enough to use in early evening. House is fully equipped with everything you need.

Summary: What a lovely home! Well stocked, bright, comfortable, plenty of room for our family of 5. Owners quick to respond and very helpful with tips for the area. Crystal Beach is a fun, relaxed beach town. Location can't be beat. Beach entrance, coffee shop, ice cream shops, several restaurants and bars all less than 5 minute walk. Close enough to enjoy the town but far enough that it's quiet. All things Niagara a very easy 20 minute drive away. Neighbors could not have been nicer, just a very friendly atmosphere. Front porches have been renovated since picture and both were lovely to enjoy a cup of coffee and book. Nothing but good things to say, we loved it!

Summary: We had a lovely stay at the house. It was perfect for me, my husband, my mom and two sons (3 and 1). There is plenty of beds in the house for more people too. The house is well equipped, and a short walk to the beach. The back patio was perfect for the evenings, and the front porches were also lovely. The only down sides were the lack of AC which was a bigger problem because the neighbors had very noisy dogs who barked at night so we couldn't leave the doors and windows open, but there isn't much the owners could do about that. Deborah was quick to reply to any questions.

Summary: My family of five went to Canada to enjoy Niagara Falls and Toronto. My daughter found this cottage actually. The cottage comes with almost everything that you would need in a home! It definitely had enough room for all of us. If you have small children, there are toys and a lot of older movies for them to enjoy in the upstairs kids room. There is also everything you would need for the beach! We didn't use any of it unfortunately due to the weather. I really loved the unmatched furniture.. I think it gave the place character. There is a few restaurants that you can walk to, a wine store, and a cute beachy store called Planks (if memory serves me correctly). It really didnt take too long to get where we needed to go. There's plenty of local stores and about 15-25 minutes away there's a store called Sobeys, a Walmart, a couple of bingo halls and much more. Deborah was super nice and easy to talk to (she replys fast!) She definitely went above and beyond! The only negatives I could think of is the ac didnt work (heat does and luckily the weather was only hot the first day!), they definitely need to invest in window treatments and a dvd player. We were fine without cable because we figured out how to use the apps. I would stay here again!

Summary: The is house very comfortable, and is good size for family with 4 children. Backyard is cemented for patio area and enclosed fire pit. No greenspace for children to play, although beach is within very short walking distance. Parking is limited to one vehicle; it's a gravelled front yard space which is shared with the neighbour. This appears to be standard for the area. Parking on the street is permitted for additional vehicles. As a side note regarding the area, the public beach is one of the smaller beaches we have been to. Due to the size of this area, it becomes crowded on the weekends. Beach boundaries, including in water, are clearly marked. The beach is patrolled and maintained consistently. Great sand without rocks, and water depth steadily increases with distance from shore

Summary: I spent many summers as a child and teen in Crystal Beach. Wanted to share the place with my grandchildren. Although there isn't much there yet, it is coming back. Cottage was easy to stay in. Very comfortable and cozy. You could relax. Close to beach, ice cream, restaurants and supermarket. Thursday night food trucks in the park----the best night! Close to Fort Erie for shopping. Host's were very helpful and answered questions immediately. Can't wait to return.

Summary: Lovely home and the perfect location! Literally the couple minute walk to the awesome beach, as the listing states! Also great places to eat within walking distance if you're looking for a night out. Hosts are incredibly hospitable, and we will definitely return, as well, refer others!
