Positive: The location was perfect for our trip. It was also very private. Check-in and check-out instructions were simple, complete, and easy to follow. The manager was very courteous and very quick to respond when we reached out with questions. The property served its purpose for us while we were in town.
Negative: When we arrived, the property wasn’t ready to receive guests. One of the beds only had a flat sheet and duvet cover draped over the mattress so we had to find the extra linens and make the bed ourselves. The upstairs windows were wide open and the closing mechanisms were broken so we had to call for a maintenance man to close them. The bathroom off of the living room did not have a locking door when we arrived but the manager had a lock installed the next day. The washing machine had black mold growing in the soap tray and into the drain tubing. The manager did offer to have it cleaned for us but we were uncomfortable using it so we were unable to do laundry at the property.
Summary: Nice location, responsive host, was not quite ready for guests.

Positive: Great location near restaurants and attractions like MB2 Entertainment and Six Flags. The kitchen was spacious and had necessities like a coffee maker, dishwasher and cookware. The house is spacious and the beds were comfortable. It was also nice to have a washer/dryer. We enjoyed having the ability to cook and do laundry during our stay.
Negative: The beds only had thin sheets, there weren't really any blankets. Thankfully, we were there during warm weather so it wasn't a big problem but some people felt cold at night.

Positive: Had a little difficulty with the lock code but got it sorted. The house was lovely in size, comfortable and clean. Location was great. Staff online were helpful. Two things, being English we live a cup of tea, there was no tea kettle. Also, a little gripe re the bedding, it didn’t match, wasn’t ironed and had hair on it. I chose to purchase new bedding for our stay. Apart from that I highly recommend this as a place to stay.
Summary: Well located and equipped place to stay.

Positive: The place is great. The owners have done a very nice job creating a private home behind their existing home. You have your own private entrance with lights to guide the way at night. Easy to use, park, rest and relax. The location was very convenient within Santa Clarita, and the place was comfortable and fully equipped. Great communication from the owners.
