Summary: When you consider that a quality motel room runs close to 100$ a night, a long term stay in this house, (a month plus) is definitely a great value. When you consider the ample space afforded by the dining and living room areas, even on a nightly basis, its more than a great value. Top it off with a private back yard and a grill, and entertaining a group while in town beats even the largest motel suites, and the three bedrooms offer ample privacy. The location is on a residential side street, so traffic is minimal, and yet within a half mile you have access to many restaurants, shops, and a very good medical facility. Definitely a great value for 6-8 people.
