Summary: Condo met expectations. We were given a first floor room facing a road, so we weren't able to enjoy our patio because of traffic noise. More communication from staff about where to find amenities and special events would have been nice.

Summary: We had 8 people aged 12 to 45 and it was spacious, clean and well stocked on the things we needed: towels, cutlery, crockery, coffee machine, toaster, microwave, washer and dryer. Place was bright and airy. Block 23 is located right next to the outdoor pool, an indoor pool, and games room. A trolley stops right at the end of the street which takes you to multiple places on the parkway, including The Island. (Pick up trolley route on trolley.) We have a very enjoyable stay both out and about and relaxing at the condo. Thank you

Summary: We enjoyed our stay at Club Wyndham. The condo was a good size for our family of 6, and it was very clean. We liked how close we were to all of the fun things to do in pigeon forge/gatlinburg. The staff was friendly and helpful. One critique would be a revamping of the bathrooms would be great because there were some stains in the shower.

Summary: The condo was very clean, nice staff for the most part. Only downside I think was the pool situation. If you are placed in the 1000 buildings, like we were, you are in the side, imo, with the lesser of the pools. Had to travel across the busy highway to use the other one that is a decent size

Summary: Easy checkin, host was great with communication, perfect view of the mountains from this unit (most other units at this resort do not have a view of any mountains), and you’re less than 5 minutes from anything you could want for entertainment. It’s an hour drive to most of the Smokey Mountains Nat. Park destinations, but that’s completely normal as you can’t really stay much closer. Beautiful resort. Pools were clean, the room was clean, staff was friendly, and we had a great time. Look forward to staying at this resort again!!

Summary: We had a blast. The bracelets were awesome. It gave the teenagers the freedom to come and go as they please. There was plenty of room and space for all. Loved it.
