Come and relax in our beautifully decorated, spacious home located on the Treasure Coast. Newly renovated, this 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom homes has all the amenities that anyone could ask for during their vacation. The home is over 1000 sq. ft of open space that can accommodate 6 people. The living room and master bedroom have LCD televisions with cable. The main living room has a huge 50 inch LCD television that has cable and a blu-ray player. The master bedroom is beautifully decorated with nautical décor. It has a comfortable California king bed with an adjoining bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed and is elegantly decorated in a coastal style. Relish in the beauty and comfort of this room, as you enjoy your night sleep in a cozy queen bed. The third bedroom is brightly decorated with a Key West flair. This bedroom has a queen bed that perfect for a good nights rest. The guest bathroom is directly adjacent to the queen bedrooms. The main living room is a perfect gathering place for families. It has a large comfy sofa to help you relax after a long day at the beach or sightseeing. Beautifully appointed in soothing blue hues and nautical charm, the living room exudes the essence of Florida . A fully equipped kitchen overlooks a small bistro table, perfect for an outdoor breakfast while watching the sunrise. The kitchen is perfect for making meals and is filled with all the necessities to make simple to intricate meals. The dining room seats 4, although there is additional seating at the counter for a few more. In Florida, we are blessed with beautiful weather throughout the year and therefore everyday is perfect for a cook out. Enjoy the grill outside with a large fenced in backyard. While grilling ,enjoy a drink under the outdoor umbrella at the picnic table, while waiting for burgers and steaks to get cooked. Entertaining a few guest while grilling is a cinch. The large picnic table has a seating area large enough to fit 6 people. After burgers and hotdogs enjoy smores or roast marshmallows around the fire pit in the backyard. .
Tennis raquets, a paddle boat, bicycles, fishing poles and beach chairs are placed in the garage and are there to be used for your enjoyment. A washer and dryer is located on premises for your use. Wireless internet is included in your rental.
Our home is centrally located and is minutes away from beaches, tennis courts, golfing, spas, restaurants, shopping and bars. Although Sebastian is a small, quiet town, it has a lot to offer anyone from the young to the young at heart.

Summary: Quiet location in friendly neighborhood. Nice, fully fenced back yard for dog to play. Slider to back yard doesn't work, but just a minor inconvenience. A note - the toilets are not comfort height; great for kids, just maybe not for older folks. House was clean and communication with owner quick and easy. Enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

Summary: AC system is a little weird and fairly noisy. Hot and Cold water lines are hooked up backwards in main suite bathroom. Bathroom lights can't be turned on without the very loud fans. Ceiling fan in master bedroom very loud. Unit was very clean and beds were comfortable. Kitchen well stocked with spices and equipment. Lots of sports stuff in garage, Overall very nice but a few repairs would help.

Summary: House was small but was fine for two of us plus two dogs! Quite clean and the very big backyard with plenty of rabbits for our pup to chase for a month! Yard was secure with the newish vinyl privacy fence. No issues with the house that we needed to contact the host but I am confidant she would have been helpful if needed. We stayed for the entire month so we got to know the house pretty well and there were just no problems. The neighborhood is a “working class” friendly place that seemed quite safe and nice areas to walk! Overall, we enjoyed and would stay again without hesitation!
