To visit popular attractions and local eateries, drive five minutes to West Barnstable and under 15 minutes to Cape Cod Mall. Golfers will appreciate having multiple golf courses within close proximity. Summary: Although we are grateful to the host for allowing my family and I to stay at there home there were a few things that could have been better. There were very large wood ants everywhere they were crawling on us, there were little ants, small amount of roaches and spiders. Hornets nest that was in the umbrella on the back deck. If you do not like pests this is not the place for you. The family loved the pool and hot tub that was the saving grace or we probably would have left. When we arrived it was dark and there was no light at the door that made it hard to use the key pad and was difficult to get in. The upstairs bedroom the bed falling apart screws coming lose for the amount of money we paid you would think at least you would have a decent bed. We are very disappointed in our stay.

Summary: Wasps nest in eave above door on deck near kitchen. No handle for master bathroom shower. Missing screen in master bathroom faucet. Crack in left side of Bay window. Sand fleas all around kitchen sink. Rotting fish smell from fence line adjacent to pool.

Summary: A bit outside the normal area for CAPE VACATIONS, BUT the house was very nice. Well kept and very clean. the pool and hot tub were excellent. only problem was we lost out on beach time the last day of stay due to the fact that someone scheduled a new clothes washer delivery that one of us had to be there for. Why was not done during time owners would be there in residence is beyond me. i

Summary: The house layout provided plenty of room for privacy when needed but also fun time for our family (3 families) get together. The hot tub was a gathering place for the adults after the children were asleep. During the day, the pool was the center attraction with the children there most of the day. Two days at the beach, the other 3 days we enjoyed all that the property offered.

Summary: We had difficulty with our reservation from the beginning. When I had questions it took a long time to get any response and often I received contradictory answers. When we arrived at the property it was not well cleaned. There were dead plants, dirty rugs and floors, moldy shower curtains, ect. The fireplaces advertised did not work except for one that only worked if you let the temperature get very low. We also struggled with ants everywhere. They were in the kitchen and bathroom. Food and toiletries could not be left out for any period of time. Additionally, two showers were shown and advertised and when we arrived the upstairs shower was broken. The shower head was out of the wall and spraying water everywhere. All guests had to share a shower off the main bedroom. Overall this property was not as advertised and definitely not worth the high cost. We were very disappointed.
