Summary: We didn’t stay at the property. Upon arrival we realized the neighborhood was terrible. We cancelled immediately & found a hotel to stay in. The house itself is nice but we did not feel safe staying in the neighborhood!!

Summary: Overall great house. Only thing I’d change is the window blinds. They were broken so light shines in master bedroom. I hung a Blanket. But you wanna shut out view because trailer park is in your backyard view

Summary: This was not a visit for beaching but if it were we would have been just a short drive to that. There was even a beach umbrella if needed. All our needs were met with everything in the kitchen that we needed, even a Keurig coffee machine (a regular coffee pot was there if needed too though). It was clean, had great Wi-Fi & televisions where needed. When not at our event we spent many lovely hours lounging on the front porch with live oaks spreading their boughs over us. Birds were a plenty there & it was quiet enough to hear their chirping. It was said that a rare yellow cardinal had been spotted in the area so we were alert to see if we would have been blessed with a visit from them being birders ourselves. The Hostess was delightful so felt blessed we were able to make her acquaintance. If staying in the city is needed this is an excellent location & is a large space to hold many family & friends!

Summary: Layout was great, very spacious. Also very clean. Only downside was the gnats that followed us in from outside when we were grilling. But that's Florida's fault, not the owner. Nothing a magnetic screen door wouldn't fix. In any event, we enjoyed our stay and hope to return one day.

Summary: The listing details do match the house. The location of the house was a bit underwhelming/slightly sketchy. However we did not have any issues while there. It was quiet and safe. Communication with the owner was lacking. We did have to ask for the door code - this is normally sent with the check in information. When we asked for the WiFi information we never received a response. Overall, our stay was good.
