Summary: This house was very overpriced for what it was in my opinion. It was just ok. The house did seem mostly clean on the surface, but it’s just an older property and we did have an issue with a couple of roaches. It could also be a little more furnished in some places. I would personally not stay here again. On a positive note, the check in was easy and the owners were responsive and do seem like wonderful folks. They did confirm the house was sprayed regularly and they would address the issue.

Summary: Beautiful home in a very nice neighborhood! Terrance and his wife were only a phone call away! Check in and out process was definitely the easiest by far!! Will definitely book again!

Summary: The house is in a fantastic location for quick drives to Hamilton Place, Downtown Chatt, and Ooltewah area. It is very clean and has a great table for people to gather at together. Terrence is an excellent host- very detail-oriented and kind! My family, friends, and I had a great stay at this home.
