This is a lovely one level home on over an acre of land that offers a feeling of seclusion. It has recently been repainted and carpeted as well as all new furniture. This is our personal haven that we are sharing with you. Property is within 2 miles of great restaurants, grocery and gas. Home includes a beautiful pool and spa surrounded by desert views with multiple sitting areas. Waking up to the sounds of chirping birds will make you believe you're in a sanctuary.
Ten minutes north, you will find a tourist fave and charming town of Cave Creek. 10 minutes south offers a variety of shopping in the Desert Ridge area and 10 min further to Kierland.
The lay out of the house has two bedrooms and a bathroom on one end of the home. The master/master bath along with another bathroom and bedroom with king size bed are on the opposite side of the home. Two a/c units in home for desired temperature throughout. In the middle are all your common areas as well as room to workout in, relax or play some xbox.
Open floor plan with immaculate kitchen and high ceilings through home truly embraces the perfect combination for both comfort and luxury. This home offers a full package with a breathtaking pool area oasis along with modern, comfortable accommodations through out.
*While the property itself is fenced, the pool area does not have fence around it, which means you are assuming the risk of having a pool with children if applicable. That is why we have a minimum age requirement.

Summary: This is a lovely home with a well-designed floor plan. The courtyard is delightful, spacious with gorgeous views. The owner has provided everything you need for a smooth, easy stay. Fully stocked kitchen, lots of throw pillows, towels, etc. Beds are super comfortable and a great assortment of pillows. Responsive owner, too. We needed to add two days to our trip, and she made it happen by rescheduling the cleaners.

Summary: All was good except an iron and ironing board are needed. We had to go buy one. We never could get the living room tv to work. More towels in bathrooms would be nice. But overall nice place.

Summary: This property exceeded all of our expectations! The pictures do not do it justice. The home was large and very comfortable. Well stocked with essentials. Lots of room for everyone to spread out, and great communal spaces for us to come together. The back yard is huge and very private and the pool and hot tub were a hit with everyone. The sunsets were spectacular. Very easy access to restaurants and shopping. The home owner was a pleasure to deal with and very responsive to every question and request. We had an incredible vacation here and would not hesitate to return.

Summary: Beautiful, spacious home and property with lots of privacy. Everything was very clean when we arrived. The owner was very responsive to all questions. We felt like we were at a resort, without the crowds! Lovely pool and hot tub. We spent the days enjoying our time together. We saw amazing sunrises and sunsets every day! Hopefully we can come back sometime in the future.

Summary: This was the perfect house for a family vacation. It is more beautiful than the pictures! From the tranquil backyard and pool, to the welcoming family room, fully equipped kitchen and spacious bedrooms. Even had multiple weights and yoga mats for a morning workout. We enjoyed the quiet street yet the location is so close to shopping, hiking trails and lots of great restaurants. Couldn’t have picked a better place and look forward to coming back!
