Summary: probably the most private location in the neighborhood, thanks to trees! dispite the amount of houses, we saw few people. roomy, indoor air hockey table, nice but a little noisy for the main room! had an out door shower which was nice coming from the beach. we could easily walk to the bay for fishing, crabbing! kinda wish it was closer to the swimming area though, we drove 35 plus minutes one way for good swimming

Summary: The location was quiet and the place had plenty of room for our family. We were disappointed with the cleanliness of the place. We noticed mold in the shower as well as on a spare toilet paper under the sink. Additionally, the towels and linens did not smell fresh. We might have been the first ones in for the season so that could have been a factor. If the cleanliness was improved we would likely stay here again.

Summary: We really loved staying here, it was just far enough away from the hecticness of the beach, but also wasn't too bad of a drive to get there. Given that it was in a wooded area there were a lot of bugs outside, so we got pretty bit up, but they did provided bug spray which was really helpful. Overall, we had a great time.
