Large, updated home, huge backyard w/ deck, hottub, tons of parking and RV pad. The house boasts two full kitchens & a walk out basement.
Fully stocked with amenities & all the kitchen items needed to entertain.
Large dining room table for 10 for 7 addition dining seats in kitchen.
Relax and spread out with three separate Living areas.
Washer & dryer in main level & in basement.
This house is a hidden gem for skiers & families, under 30 minutes from the airport & major ski resorts.
The space
Upper level has an enormous Master with plush king bed, in suite full bathroom and pottery barn day bed and single trundle and has a large walk-in closet.
Three additional queen bedrooms upstairs share a full bath and linen closet, and all have closets for clothing.
Main level has a 10-person large dining room table, a couch and 2 leather chairs to make a chic sitting area, a full kitchen with dining table and island with bar stools and a and family room with TV and a large laundry room.
Basement has a second full kitchen, second washer and dryer room, open family room with 2 singles in one bunkbed, one daybed with one single bed and single bed in trundle and also a sofa couch. lower level also has a large king bedroom and a separate queen bedroom.
Clean and well stocked and newly remodeled and decorated with clean lines and welcoming feel.
Can sleep 19 in beds and additional blow up mattresses upon request. 25 maximum guests.

All areas of house and yard for guests, there are no shared areas.
This rental is for the entire house.

Please Park all cars in main and side driveway.
NO Beer parties ever and no large gatherings without prior permission, only guests of house allowed on property without prior permission.

Summary: My sisters and I enjoyed our little getaway. Neighborhood was quiet and home was clean and comfortable. Also big enough to accommodate all of us.

Summary: We had a great stay and wonderful communication with Allison. There was an issue upon check-in and she made sure that all was well. We had some senior members in our group that had some struggles with the stairs as there were no main-floor bedrooms, but we made it work. The only thing that I would add would be some safety bars in the showers and baths. The house was conveniently located to restaurants and stores. We enjoyed our time at this property.

Summary: We had our bridal party of 7 and their significant others stay at Allison’s property and it was perfect for everything we needed this weekend! It was 5 minutes from the wedding venue and 25 minutes from SLC, which was easily accessible with ride share services. The space was very clean and big enough for the group, and even was able to have the Bride come down and get ready with us with ease. Allison was very communicative and able to accommodate our need for an earlier check in. Great stay!

Summary: The home was lovely, and accommodated our group of 16 just fine. Due to weather we weren’t able to enjoy the back patio as much as we would have liked, but plenty of room indoors. The place was great for our three day family gathering.

Summary: We loved this property! We were in town for a cousins reunion and loved that this house had separate areas, enough bathrooms, and worked so perfectly with two kitchens. We will definitely stay here again! Allison responded instantly and was so helpful with everything!

Summary: Allison was an amazing host! She was quick to respond to our questions and was above and beyond helpful! The home was very clean, all beds comfortable, and kitchen was well stocked with cooking needs. Safe and peaceful neighborhood and easy to get to. Would definitely stay again!

Summary: Allie’s house is quite spacious, spotless clean, and located very close to Snowbird. It was perfect for our group as it is close to restaurants, grocery stores, and only 20-25 minutes from the slopes. Allie’s communication was exceptional throughout the stay. She even accommodated a later checkout due to the timing of our fight in checkout day. I highly recommend this home and host.
