This 3 story beautifully furnished eight-bedroom (sleeps up to 10) oceanfront home on lovely Cinnamon Beach boasts a private, heated pool, accompanying spa, and sweeping ocean views from three balconies for all of your relaxation needs.
Featuring an elevator for improved accessibility, Sea Gem is the perfect place for a family reunion or just a getaway with your closest friends. Awash in natural light thanks to the expansive sliding glass doors, the elegant third-floor great room is the perfect place to gather. When it's time to eat, take advantage of the third-floor kitchen! Budding cooks and seasoned chefs will love the amenities afforded them in Sea Gem's well-equipped kitchen then enjoy a meal together in the adjoining formal dining area with ample seating for guests as well as a smaller breakfast bar for a quick snack. The second floor includes a small den with a sitting area, desk, 60” HDTV, and beautiful ocean views through the sliding door. The cozy couch also folds out into a queen-size sleeper for two.
One night’s sleep at Sea Gem will surely count for a week’s rest anywhere else. Three spacious primary suites all feature new king-size beds, HDTVs, and private en-suite bathrooms. Next to the second-floor den are two oceanfront bedrooms. two oceanfront bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, and the den with TV and the queen sleeper sofa.
Five other guest bedrooms include queen, full, and even bunk beds. Kids have a downstairs play area/bedroom with bunk beds (a single on top, a double on the bottom, and a trundle pull-out). And there are nine bathrooms (one is a Jack and Jill shared by bedrooms seven and eight) in all. Seven full bathrooms and two half baths make up the available restrooms in Sea Gem. Each bathroom is different, finished with granite, new fixtures, and other high-end touches. Guests can pick and choose their favorite!
Additional amenities include a wet bar with a fridge and microwave as well as a queen sleeper sofa on the first floor and Wi-Fi is available throughout. Summary: Very Spacious, fit our family size perfectly! Great family beach location, quiet and private. Club house grill had good food and fantastic customer service. Gated community was well managed. Very pleased to have multiple refrigerators, helped to accommodate many family members different dietary needs. Also pleased to have two washers & dryers, helped with many family members beach towels and clothes. Everything was well labeled for lights and fans. We had great fun at night using the playing card table for family games. Large seating accommodations that fit our entire family for lounging and eating. Our only con, two rooms were mentioned not having comfortable beds. Overall, we will definitely rent this again!

Summary: Yea, this place was amazing. Really can’t beat the views or proximity to the beach (I mean… it’s on the beach). Place was super clean except for the utensils (which were oddly dirty), but we just cleaned them before use. The pool needed to be vacuumed out upon arrival - we reached out at 6pm and it was taken care of about 9am the following morning. Otherwise there were no issues. The pool and hot tub were great to have as an alternative to the 2 community pools. Those were nice to change up the vibe, but just to go hang out for an hour was great in your own backyard. Main living and dining areas were huge. Easily and comfortably fit our group of 15. Each night we all were relaxing on the third floor balcony, again comfortably fitting 15 of us. Only think missing that would be nice is beach towels, but I don’t think that’s standard for house rentals in this area. Really cannot say enough good things. If we ever have a large group traveling again, this is the place we will go. Daytona and St. Augustine are about 45-60 min away in each direction, which makes for nice half-day trips.

Summary: Plenty of space for our multi generational family to celebrate the holidays. Elevator was key as all views are on the top floor. Definitely recommend with great air conditioning and large kitchen. Overall responsive staff and nice clean bedrooms/bathroom. Some small upkeep to the property is needed by the pool fencing and sliding doors stick, likely due to the ocean air. We had a wonderful time!

Summary: Wonderful location! We loved the house and it accommodated all of our 14 guests and just can’t say enough about how great it was!!!! Cpl of notes: the remotes were wonky because of how many rooms (we think ppl moved them before us) We had to call to get them squared away due to roku but it was a quick response from the rental and honestly we didn’t come for the tvs hahah we came for the location/beach front and house….the pool light was not working but was fixed) Quiet exclusive neighborhood, minutes away from local bars, Publix, etc. Would book anytime we are back…loved it!!!!! Thanks for a great stay!!

Summary: The house was perfect for our big family of 11. We had plenty of space to be together as well as space to spread out. We had a few maintenance issues that were dealt with quickly. The beach is not crowded and is nice for evening strolls.

Summary: Our family loved staying in this house. We were able to spread out and everyone had space. The beach access as well as the pools allowed for perfect entertainment for our grandchildren. The house was very clean upon arrival, which we appreciated. The only thing it needs is some replenishing of kitchen equipment. Most of the cookware was unusable due to rust or peeling of inside coatings—we purchased a skillet, another lidded piece of cookware, a can opener, some tea towels to make do. But still, it was a wonderful stay and we would stay there again. Thank you!

Summary: We enjoyed our two week stay at Sea Gem. The views are breathtaking and the home is well equipped for a larger group. My only cons were the 3rd story Master bed mattress was absolutely awful! I tried to spin the mattress but this didn't help feeling the huge gap in the middle of the bed along with the old spring mattress. I ended up ordering a 3 inch mattress topper for the remainder of the stay and that helped somewhat. The walls in the home, as other things need a good deep thorough cleaning! We couldn't manage to operate the hot tub but we managed without it. The laundry machines could use some updating as they had a foul smell. This is a beautiful home that just needs a little TLC in cleanliness, updating, and bedding. The other beds were pretty comfortable and nobody else had complaints but the 3rd story mattress needs to be replaced without a doubt. We would definitely come back to stay as the location is perfect to enjoy the pools and beautiful ocean view! 💙

Summary: We had a group of 16 ppl from the ages of 86 - 10 mths old. The house was as described and absolutely perfect for all of the families different needs. Getting to the beach is a breeze! The pool and hot tub were the icing on the cake! The Mgt team was excellent and helped us with any questions we had. We are looking forward to next year!!!
