Summary: Great house, roomy and just what we needed, close to Navarre beach, great restaurants and historic town of Milton, FL. Highly recommend if you want to enjoy a beach trip but not in the middle of all the chaos!!

Summary: We stayed here knowing we were going to Navarre Beach for a few days before making the trek to Disney in Orlando. The house is large, very clean, and in a good location. My only complaints are that you cannot control the climate on site and there was a pool in the original listing that wasn't there when we arrived. The climate was somewhat addressed by messaging the homeowners. They said they turned the AC cooler, but we didn't notice any difference. We bought a box fan for each room while there and that helped (in all fairness it is July and the temperature / humidity was absolutely miserable.) One of our kids has sensory issues and didn't want to swim in the ocean, so he was looking forward to an above ground pool that was in the listing originally. It wasn't on site when we got there and there was never any communication about it being removed. He cowboy'd up and swam some in the ocean, but it was a downer for him.

Summary: The home is large with plenty of room for at least 6 adults and the kids. The home worked great for our needs while we worked on our own local property. The owners were very responsive and accommodating. Beds were comfortable and availability of two bathrooms was great for keeping everyone moving in the mornings.

Summary: Roomy!! Nice size bed rooms, Extra large living room & TV, nice dinning room w/extra table in the sitting room. 3-sofas, 1-love seat, 2-chairs. less than 15 min away from the beach, or downtown Milton A Great Host! The only suggestion / improvement I could make is to replace the receipt add a receipt w/ USB combo outlet for a charging station in the Kit by the dishwasher. They sell them at Manards for about $30. We had a Great time!!
